i 'm using the stock rom S5570XWKt6 right now ,i was trying before ,CYANOGEN 7.2 the official one ,GINGERMOD 4 ,PARANOID 2.99 ,ANDRO-ID the last version ,but always i found my self not comfortable
i need a custom rom which is fast,stable,based on stock rom,no bugs,overclocked,have rtl language (arabic),have a good battery life
is there any one ? what do you advice me to use ?
plzzzzzzzzzzz i need an advice

If you want a close to stock rom, then try Emanon v7.
Gingersleek, it's a gingerbread stock-based rom.

right now i'm using Chocobread 3.2 final , i'm still testing it ,but from the first hours it looks good :good:
that's your problem dude, if you don't know what to choose, go back to stock rom...
Well.... Such type of threads are PROHIBITED in XDA. You should try ROMs for youself because if we name best ROMs then it would be a disrespect for other Developers who had worked hard for their ROMs. So the best soln. is that try some ROMs and then choose the best for yourself but don't post here. Hope you would understand.

ANS : Jana Rom V6.7 it has this all .

There's isn't really a ''best'' rom per say. You have to find the one that you'll prefer (read their OP).
But if you wanna go for stability, I would recommend either AOKP or AoCP.
My vote for cm10

rocket v23 xxlc1 i think with
2.6.35.7 franco.kernel i think
thats the information i get from my phone.
whats the most stable with good batterytime rom i can get now days ? what rom is the most popular ?
and what about kernel ? do i need to change it ? dont even know what kernel do.
can someone give me a link to a good rom.
and how do i flash it again ? just flash over the current custom rom ? or do i need to flash a stock first ?
i also want to the rom to support the ICS/JB pdroid, so it would be a plus if it can do it
plz help me out =)

Unfortunately best rom thread is not allowed. but seems like you have lot to catch up. You can flash any stock JB rom from here with how to:

my guess would be yes for installing a custom rom over it, as i never used Franco kernel as i wasnt there on GB for too long. May be @SpyderTracks or any other member can help you with this. But yes you have to re-root your phone once you flash stock JB rom.
Best rom threads are not allowed on xda. Please head over to the development section and do some reading and decide for yourself what is the best rom for you based on your wants and needs.

some ROM can be installed in Lock bootloader phone..if u don't want unlock your BL because your 11W49
