First, you need to install latest ClockworkMod Recovery 6.X, http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2140681 and than flash CM10.1

Personally I'd use TWRP.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2069242
I use it and I've never noticed any problems with it.

EDIT: I've found it! I'm trying now.
EDIT2: Now it is installed but It still opens the default dialer. The only change I can see that there is now an app inside the system/apps folder called "DialerTabActivities".

[Q] Is ClockworkMod ROM Manager compatible?

Hi. Sorry if this is a silly question, but I'm not very experienced with this. Will ClockworkMod ROM Manager work with Samsung Galaxy S III Mini? I reckon it might take some time before a recovery ROM is made, initial question is will the app work to begin with? Thanks...
regards, Artur

Somewhat. You won't be able to download anything until CWM recovery is available, so it's not worth it yet.

thanks, but I know that, I need to Know if it's works at 9305T.
You should try it at your own risk. This is the only thing I hate about Samsung. Too many flavors.
You can also try checking cyanogenmod forums.

So I can flash but 4G dont work?
I would say that rom base is same for i9305 ans i9305T. Only thing that differs is MODEM. So find proper one for your T version (in txr33 thread with modems f.e.) and flash it aosp-based roms don't change your modem, some of sammy-based might do that.

I flashed CM10.2 and 10.1, It's work. But I can't install external APKs, I got the error: "problem parsing the package".
I don't find the solution yet.
Probably these apks you are trying to install aren't compatible with 4.2.2 or 4.3. On which CM did you try installing them? And which apps did you try to install?

What kind of APKs are these? Can you list some examples and how you try to install them? I use backup manager to backup my apps and install them after flashing CM and I didn't have any problems. My save data also got restored.
