u can extract kdz and u will get a p970.dll and xxx.wdb but cannot extract wdb

You could always get it from downloading the stock build zip and extracting it.
That's what I'd do.

How do you do that? I downloaded this P5100XXBLI1_P5100VNZBLI1_VNZ, this is what I have on my device, and when you only get the md5 file when you extract it. Thank you for responding

I managed to extract the contents of modem.img (in attached zip-file).
Source is from 16.E.19_OTA_0190.
