[Q] HTC Ringtones/Notifications on Google Play Edition

Hi all, I have a Vodafone HTC One and I just changed all the firmware and software over to a Google Play Edition HTC One. I realized I no longer have the HTC ringtones and notification sounds, just the typical Google ones. I really miss them, anyone know how to find them or get them onto my phone so I can use them again, with the GPE version software?

Yes I can upload them to u but it might be a bit as I'm not rooted st the moment. Waiting on a replacement Monday so if someone hasn't helped u by then I got u ok.

When you get them drop them in the Ringtones and Notifications folders on your SD to always have them

Help please recording screen on note 2

Hello guys. Iv got a note 2 and for past week I have been looking for a way of recording my screen from my android
Either straight to phone
Or through mirroring to pc and recording on there
I have rooted my phone. But can't seem to find an ideal app that actually works.

This is Samsung Galaxy Note-N7000 forum you need to post in Note 2 forum and about apps there are many in play store if you search, for example, screencast.

Try the sony select app? I've never even tried redeeming any of those things, but I would look there first.

If it's like the normal Z1, then you go in to the Xperia Privilege App and follow the instructions from there

I don't have that app. Maybe I disabled it or something while cleaning out the bloat.

Its a z1s and i dont have that app either any1 have the apk?

The 4?? Films you will get free.
I have download Amazing Spiderman,Elysium,Total Recall and the last I forgot.
But I think this is only on Z1.
The Film's you can get on Video Unlimited.
Look for Instructions on Xperia Privilege, when you don't have the app search a little bit for it.

I was browsing and found this article... not sure how reliable the source is but has anyone else heard about this? If so has anyone tried it out yet? I'm guessing we somehow use Kies to install it...

R381 is the model number of the gear 2 neo , the link in op is showing a newer firmware version then we currently have on the g2n

It would be nice to see a bnd9 change log.

Yeah, I saw there was another thread in the Gear 2 forums (they should probably combine them!). They said the same thing about it being international or something. I read one post saying they installed it with Odin, not sure if that was true but I will just hold off installing it.

I have no issues here in US. I flashed the Greek firmware in Odin and all is well through a normal day of usage and apps install as usual via Samsung Apps. I'm about to try reverting just for shiggles and see how that goes, for no reason other than curiosity.

Ditto... somehow no one has posted anything about what this build has to offer. I find that sort of strange.

I honestly haven't noticed anything much. I did notice that the occasional artifacts left behind by a previous screen when scrolling through my apps seem to have stopped. Other than that no visible changes to me.

I'm also in the US. So flashing the new firmware (Greece) didn't notice much difference? I'm also assuming it did a master reset flashing with odin...

Hi guys, there's a new official BTU firmware available via ota. Change log lists s health improvement plus ui improvement. Will test and report anything extraordinary. Personally I'm hoping the pedometer learns to count steps and the heart rate sensor to stop jumping from 70 to 140 in a few seconds.

I got my watch yesterday and after link up it auto updated the the latest fireware (listed at Sam mobile)

Youtube connection problems

Having problems of late connecting youtube to chromecast some videos work some don't... Unrooted .... am I the only one?

My CC is un-rooted and I just casted a two hour long YouTube video to keep my little sisters entertained. If you still have the issue in the morning, I'll cast some more to see if you're the only one.

Thanks it's small clips I get the spinning wheel on my tv... Before it would connect with no problem and now for about a week not it plays some then not play others

Have you tried factory resetting your Chromecast? (may or may not help, but won't cause any damage)

Reseted the chromecast still having problems on certain youtube videos I tried different phones tablets etc and still no go. I'm thinking it's the youtube app itself last update really screwed things up
