What Exactly happened ? Did your phone drop or suddenly Home Button Stopped working ?

Not too sure it is a customer phone. She sent in the phone to be unlock as she forgot the password of the phone but was unable to hard reset it and was unable to put it into download mode to flash with ODIN.
What can I do now?

Hmm...She even forget the Google Password is it ?

You can try entering download mode via ADB
The command is:
adb reboot download

Endless Reset on Galaxy

Hi All, i have a several problem with my phone.
I tried to install cyanogenmod, with no results. The problem becomes when i tried to go back to the previous android (the original).
I tried a lot of times change it, but now i can't do anything because the phone restart automatically just turn on, and because that, i can't connect the phone to my computer via usb (the time between a restart and another is about 5 five seconds).
Other thing that i like to refer is that the phone can't start in download mode (i can do that before, via odin, but now that solution doesnt works since the last android change version that i do).
I hope that one of you can help me please, i don't know what i can do.
PD: sorry if my english is bad, i'm a spanish-speaking

Power down, Pull out Battery, Pull out Sim Card and Ext. SD card, press power button for a Minute than power up again to try the combo buttons again...
1) To enter download mode [volumedown+home+power] or as per your model
2) While in this position, insert the battery
3) conect phone to your pc
4) follow normal flash step by odin
hope this will help.

Thanks for the immediate answer!
I try what you say, but don't work
Maybe i dont understand good, do you say that i have to remove all (including the battery) and then press power button literally for a minute (without the battery) and then try to put the phone in download mode?
I have to say that my phone is unable to enter in download mode from factory (i can access to download mode with a modification with odin, but now i can't do that).
Neither can connect my phone to the pc, because restarts in less than 5 seconds and the pc is unable to detect it in so little time.
Again, thanks for the help

Thanks again, i tried that, but still with no work, the phone turns on, show the galaxy s logo, and then, reboot.
The only different thing that i can do is start up in the "Forced upload" mode, pressing volume up + home, then press power button until turn on, then release the poer button.
Thanks for the answer i'm grateful

No, the phone still show the glaxy s logo when turn on, and then reboot automatically in less that 5 seconds.
Do you know if the jig method ever works?

Hard reset shoud fix this, but there is a problem because i can`t turn phone on recovery mode (pwr+up+home) to do this, also download mode is blocked to pull new soft. Well i bought Jig USB (unbrick) and it works, on phone show android download mode and I upgrade soft from 4.3 to 4.4.4 official ,from samsung mobile site using odin 3.10. After successful flash, brand logo disapear but password is still active. Tough i try again but right now download mode looks difrent:
Factory mode
Product name : gt-i9305
Custom binary download: no
Current binary: Samsung Official
System status: Official
Secure download: Enabled
Knox Warranty Void: 0
Ap swaev: A3
Phone is detected by windows and odin when i turn it on, but when i start download mode nothing happend like cable was unplugged. Don`t know what to do now, there is any chance to save this phone ?

Can you give me a little bit more detail on "I can't enter to recovery mode" because it seems to be an unusual problem.

There is no react if i use Volume Up + Home + PWU or Volume Down + Home + PWR like bootloader was blocked or something like that. Can enter download mode only when i use JTAG USB plug, but now seems usb debug mode is blocked in phone too..
Well you can try in download mode to downgrade to 4.0.4 or 4.1.2 and then try recovery or download mode

[Q] Serious Problem - Lock Screen Fingerprint

Hello,
Well i am pretty much screwed unless someone can help me out.
I have my phone set to fingerprint lock screen. I performed the following command via ADB :
adb shell wm density 220 && adb reboot
the following message appears now because i think the DPI is too small:
"com.android.keyguard has stopped"
I do not have a backup - yes i made a big mistake.
My phone is not rooted and i would prefer to keep it this way for warranty. If i do not have any other option then i will root the phone but there must be something we can do to solve this issue.
Currently the phone is set to USB debugging mode but a message needs to appear for me to select "OK" or something for ADB to be used.
So the com.android.keyguard" message always appears and i cannot do anything else. each time i hit the OK button, and then the message appears again in not even 1 second. So i cannot get to the USB debugging mode and hit OK.
Anyone have any ideas?
Thanks in advance.
Can you get into download mode? If so just Odin stock firmware.

how do i get the phone into recovery?
I belive this is an actual phone ADB code adjustment that i did.... I need to someone undo what i did.
I need to some to format the phone and settings i think and then do the odin stock firmware install.
WHen i did what you guys mentioned above, the phone just rebooted back to its normal self without prompting any setup questions.
Take out battery put it back in. Hold down power, middle button, and up button until you were booting into recovery. Reset to factory there - maybe that works. Good luck

Flashing firmware over odin will fix what you did. Stop asking questions and youtube instructions on how to fix your problem. It's easier than coming back here and asking question after question.

Odin to stock:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2957156
Recovery mode is volume up + home + power while the phone is starting up.
Btw
Hey Everyone! Just wanted to say thank you very much for everyone support!
The fix ended up being a boot from safe mode i think it is called. (while phone is off, hold middle button, volume up & right button). I then proceeded to do a factory wipe and a partition cache clear. Rebooted the phone and it was back to a full restart. I now how to set the phone back up.
Anyone recommend a good app to backup the phone so if this happens again i can just run it in the "safe Mode"??

according to this thread: https://forum.xda-developers.com/general/help/difference-bootloader-download-recovery-t3661049 download mode and bootloader mode is similar. I have twice enter recovery mode of this A6+ and there's option to "bootloader mode" inside recovery mode. u can try it...
because yes, i've tried all key combination, searching on google how to enter download mode and all didn't work. (usually vol down + home + power button combo).
Just press both volume buttons and then insert USB cable to PC. Mine is entering very well using this combo
