how can add Arabic

If you mean add Arabic to menus (مستحيل) noway you have to wait when the dev make CM9 to HTC Desire C

Isn't it Persian you need?
And yeah, Jellybean does support basically all languages including all right-to-left ones but what I and others meant to say is that you can't have a full Arabic or Persian system language in the phone. But it will read these languages and type them too in texts, browser, dialer..etc.

for phone menu and syset type english is good .

You want to write in Arabic or arabic interface? I have a 4.3 version but not the firmware for arabic region (not yet released) and it supports arabic writing (اهلا)

+1 on arabic keyboard but for arabic firmware you will have to wait until the middle-east version to come out

but i dont know why sony edit biuldprop to hide Arabic Language but u can delete that lines from biuldprop to bring arabic Language back
