Eagerly waiting for the ROM..
Why...
Why wait???? Download and use right now!
1) Download & Install ROM: http://d-h.st/0Fc
2) Flash my WIFI fix: http://forum.xda-developers.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=1780872&d=1362475787
3) Enjoy your RAZR'D Atrix! Confirmed working by me 3 weeks ago.
NOTE: for LTE, Dial *#*#4636#*#* -> Phone Info -> Set "Network Type" to include LTE. If that doesn't work, edit the build.prop for global mode (I'm on tmobile, no LTE).
Re: (rom port) droid nexesque for atrix hd
I can't seem to find the thread that has the build prop how to for LTE.
I don't think I have lte in my town yet, but I can tell you that my data DL speed is next to frozen molasses. It doesn't matter what port I'm running, I get the same result. If I stay with stock my speeds are great!
If I go into *#*#4636#*#* and hit the menu button a tab comes up with USA band, cellular band and a couple others.
I am in the USA so I'd assume that I would pick that one.....but you never know.
Can someone give me a hand?

What CM10 ROM is the best to use? There are a few half-finished ones floating around here, and they all seem to suffer from one problem or another.
The one by tcf... that one is most stable.

Android is all about choices. And here's another choice for AOSP ROM:
"AOKP" (Android Open KANG Project) is a built from source ROM similar to CyanogenMod (but different).
I didn't create AOKP, I only ported it to the Droid 3.
You can visit the AOKP website here:
http://forum.aokp.co/
Their developers include: Roman, Zaphod-Beeblebrox, Whitehawkx, and more.
The future of AOKP is quite bright as new features are popping up all the time.

How do i put scrolling cache to default disable?
U can turn scrolling cache off in settings under rom control and then all the way to the bottom performance. It smooths a few things up but intensive scrolling apps like twitter and facebook depend on scrolling cache..so its a trade off

This too, and i believe codename has it as well...If the bugless rom has a github look in it.
Otherwise you can see here - add toggle for statusbar brightness control
Is one implementation into the AOKP rom.
And besides that commit, search through the packages_apps_ROMControl branch. For all the other rom options that are in there.

Try talking to mandaman2K, I believe the credit for the toggles in buglessbeast goes to him. The toggles were originally part of his modified version of BB, Pete liked them and consequently put it in his rom.

This is a software update for the unreleased Atrix HD.

If someone could post the Calendar widget from the Atrix HD, I would much appreciate it. From the screenshots, it appears to include a full month view which the previous Moto Calendar widgets lacked. I'm already running the Atrix HD launcher with Circle Clock widget, so I'd love to add this one as well. Thanks in advance.
Here's a screenshot of what I'm talking about. If you swipe all the way to the right in the Atrix HD launcher, it asks if you want to add a screen. One of the options is "Start with a template." This is one of the templates:
Of course, if I try to add that template, it fails. Seriously drooling over that calendar widget.

Thanks! I pulled CalendarProvider.apk out and tried to install it, but it refused to install. Then I backed up/uninstalled my current Calendar app using Titanium Backup, but it still wouldn't install. Lastly, I tried renaming CalendarProvider.apk and CalendarProvider.odex in System/Apps to add a .bak extension, then moved those two files from the dump in there instead. I made sure the permissions matched the old files. But still, no dice -- the Calendar app and widget are both missing from the app drawer. I tried installing the .apk file again from System/Apps, but it still refuses to install.
Anyone have any ideas? I've temporarily reverted to the old calendar for the time being and it seems to function properly. Really want the Atrix HD version though. :crying:
[edit] I spoke too soon about it functioning properly -- the app works, but it's no longer linked to my Google calendar, and there is no option to link it. Looks like I'm going to have to FXZ back to .902 and start over. Don't try this at home! Hopefully a dev or someone who knows much more than I can figure out how to port this calendar.
Have you tried using motocalendar.apk?

There are supposed to be some quick settings in the JB 4.2 notification bar, which the Atrix HD is rumored to be getting some day... though JB 4.2 seems to be fraught with problems.
4.2 Troubles?
If 4.2 is so buggy, I'd rather stick with my 4.1.1 Build or get a custom rom...
Just maybe, the custom rom could have better toggles, or something.

I lost track of my original sources but these reports are easy to find. JB 4.2 apparently had some bad problems that were missed before release including a significant regression in battery life, missing the entire month of December in the People app, and random reboots, slow charging and bluetooth connectivity issues - all widely reported. Good golly! That said, there have been a couple of updates to it since then but...

While its not the same, you can use Xposed to change the SystemUI to tablet/phablet and that Notification Drawer does have some power toggles like Wifi, bluetooth, gps. Its what I do . I'd post screenshots, but I'm checking all the Cheesecake Servers updated in 2013.
What sucks is Homescreen doesn't scale right at all when you change its DPI or Layout -- all it does is make the app area\icon area smaller with what's basically an unusable boarder around it...Using the Launcher from the Xoom2 (tablet launcher) works just fine, as does Holo Launcher. It really sucks because I really like the Circles Widget. Anyone know of a Motorola Tablet Launcher that's similar to Homescreen?
//Nothing on the servers if anyone is curious.
