erm...not really. Arabic is a nightmare to get hold of and implement.
I am creating some 1 off versions of my own rom using some hard languages as a base but it isn't easy.

if you want you can try the India stock rom in Development section. it maybe better than Europe version

people do care, we just don't have many developers out there. Arabic isn't common on stock roms, India rom is about the closest you will get, but it won't have full.

Wrong device for a start. As said Arabic support isn't easy to add. Plus even if we did get it working there's no certainty it will work fully. I can askask later on see what I can do but please don't get your hopes up.

im sorry because i ask a lot of questions , i try ( Locale Select ) its very good app but its same problem intermittent letters & reversed !!!!! this app not work with Android 2.3.3 ,, its work well with Android 2.3.5 & up there is any way to update my android to 2.3.5 or 2.3.6 or up ? i try >> about phone > software update but its not found update ..... its not necessary for me to make all list on Arabic ,, its enough to me just to read massege and reed browser only can yo help on this ? im tierd reading whats app massege :crying: i can write by ( Go keyboard ) My problem is (((( reading )))) only

If you want 2.3.3+ then the best option is to use cyanogenmod 7 or 10 rom.

because im still chasing it.....adding Arabic is a nightmare if u don't have the files an know how to add them. glad u like cm7, note Arabic cannot be added to CM as far as i know

CM7 for now will not have bluetooth and i will certainly look at arabic but we need to test my v13 first to fully see what its like first...uploading it now so please when u get my pm can u download and test it for me ta

i had allready CWM 5.0.2.6 & i flash a rom CM7 V4 you add it here : (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1931519) & its include arabic language & there is no wrongs in lists and browser ( read&write) all perfect :good:

of course theres wrongs lol...its a dodgy translation program lol, did try mind
i didn't add Arabic in that cm7 lol adding Arabic in any rom takes awhile to do...i did my V13 as its a universal rom which has no Arabic support so i do need this testing. make a backup of cm7 first so u can restore it later

1. Where did you buy your Milestone?
2. Go to settings-->about phone-->firmware
3. Paste here the version.
4. Based on your firmware you will choose a GOT 2.2.1 Firmware.
5. Yes, you will have the market on the GOT 2.2.1 or CM.
Let me know the firmware for further instructions!

i bought it from middle east, from retail store, unlocked but no idea why market is not there...

The hardware keyboard have both English and Arabic letters ( which is my 2nd language )

hey i also need arabic from time to time, with CM6 there is perfect arabic support related to reading, right to left reading connected font is working fine.
The only thing missing is the support for the hardware keyboard, the button that normally switches between languages now acts as a menu button instead. the only solution that i have for this atm is the use of a software keyboard
i am promise Arabic work perfect in applications , sms , web browsing , ..etc .. only physical keyboard work English only .. u need to download Arabic keyboard

I used the 6.3n based. had no prob whatsoever and you wont regret it. just make sure u did backup in cwm, and the necessary wipe. update to latest 6.39n from huexx blog after u flash

the easiest way to do is
1. install ROM Manager from Play Store.
2. open the app
3. choose install rom from sd
4. make sure to check all the box that pop up (backup,wipe data,cache)
5. click ok and allow it to boot into recovery and automatically run the process

I think u should first flash CWM recovery. In ROM Manager app, on the first line, hit the "Flash CWM recovery" then it will say current version of CWM that u have. Thats a message indicate that u have install the CWM recovery. with that, should be no prob to flash rom with this app from sd card. Not necessarily to have the premium version of rom manager. free version will do the job.
First try reading this [HOW TO]The Big N00B how-to! !!!
On this guide find "Install Custom ROM's" section ... All you need to know is in this guide !!!

a. Are you on Gingerbread (Check on Settings > About Phone ! If your Android version is 2.3.4 or 2.3.5 or 2.3.6, you here to start !)

Anyway since there is no offical arabic software you could do it ur self or try finding some where else
use the tool in this blog (http://blog.devasque.com/how-to-apply-patch/) to make your ROM support reading/writing arabic. your ROM must be rooted and deodexed to apply this patch.

Salam Rashad,
the official stock rom has been released this week i think..
google with these words "N7000JPLSB 4.1.2 XQ55" i guess it would be the first result, which is written in arabic,, it will also tell you how to install it.. then you'll need to root it so you'll find another post in the same website, recently posted.
i dont know if there is any arabic custom roms.. you may look up futher
but you can use any custom rom since they all read arabic..
you'll just need a good keyboard & you can change the font if you like
for the keyboards: they are some that are even better that the stock (try GO Keyboard and install additionally arabic language)
there is also an app called XQ55 fonts you can change the arabic main font.. to the one you like the most
so it 's your choice.. good luck bro =) Salam
