I am wanting to uninstall Slacker Radio. I have a list of safe bloatware to get rid of but it's not on the list at all. If I uninstall it will that cause me problems with other aps? I prefer to use iheart radio.
You should be fine

There is a list of what you can delete on our phone's wiki:

Thanks. I finally found Slacker on the list. There's so much there I just plain missed it.

Works MUCH better than the previous version. I'm getting no force closes or weird behavior anymore. The UI is also cleaned up quite a bit.
I removed the previous version and pushed it to /system/app/

Wow, solid upgrade from the previous version. I only miss the ability to delete files. We're never satisfied, are we?
Could you post the apk?
I'm getting a 403 when clicking the link

Has anyone gotten the music app to sync with their Google account?

Looks great; unable to synch, but I now at least have the repeat/shuffle options I used to have, and the UI has been refreshed nicely.

When you install you get 2 music apps.

Anyone tried uninstalling it yet? I guess it leaves no trace? Just got worried as it said "upgrading this system app" when I was installing it! Want to make sure I can get back to stock if needs be
It just updates the original music app. If you want to get rid of it you can go into manage apps and uninstall the update just like all the other system apps.
Thanks just wanted to check before I try it

I see a test "FM Radio Test" when I access HiddenMenu with a shortcut I created with "Any Cut" from the app store.
I cant get it to work there.
I also downloaded Spirit FM Radio its claims there is no fm chip...
Sure seems like it has been removed.
I can find some sites listing the LG Thrill as having one.
Yea I have seen a bunch of Sites listing this phone as having FM Radio too but I have yet to find anywhere in the device where it says that or even where the actual app exists.
no radio is really disappointing me╰_╯, so anyone knows at&t will support in the comming 2.3 update?
I dont see the APP.
I don't see the APP you referring to. Can you tell me what it is called? thanks..
Not seeing this app either. Really missing it as I used one on my eXpo.

Hi,
Same problem as him but I have a Nexus one and I did not have a deleted app like him.
Thanks.

I experience the same thing (intermittently), but only when connected to Bluetooth in my car. Anyone else connected to Bluetooth while this happens?
OS: Cyanogenmod 7.1 (haven't noticed it happen since updating to 7.2)
It might be helpful if you provide more info. What ROM? What's your setup e.g are you using s2e or similar etc. You might get more replies if you help the helpers

Seriously? Did you read my post?
No s2e (if that was even relevant, and I used it I would have mentioned that).

Dependent on the apps you installed? Can you name the apps related to call settings you installed?

I dont have any.
I also realised my original camera app doesent work anymore, try to open it and gives black screen. I do not have other camera apps.
Hey guys, I decided to go back to a stock rom for a bit and am in the midst of removing the bloatware from the phone, just have one question.
Has anybody been able to remove the stock Facebook and Twitter apps? I can't seem to find them listed in Titanium to either freeze or uninstall. Are they not called Facebook and Twitter?
Any help is appreciated.
The ghetto-fabulous LG Facebook app is called SNS (Social Network Service)....freeze that with Titanium and it's done.

Perfect that worked, thanks. Any idea about the stock twitter app?
That one app got rid of both the Facebook and twitter apps for me.

Hmm, so it did look at that. Thanks!
I was wondering the same thing thanks!
So Im trying to save as much battery as possible by freezing apps and such. I downloaded ELIXER2 and seen that's AMAZON, FACEBOOK, 4SHARED, and a few other apps are running in the background. I'm wondering if there's a way to stop them from auto starting and such. I heard u can use Elixer2 to do this but not sure how. Anyone?

There is an app called greenify but you need root. It works well though:
