Kali (Backtrack 6) has just been released and is available for download at: http://www.kali.org/downloads/
Just wondering if it'd be possible to get a port to the Nexus 4 considering they have released both ARMEL and ARMHF images of the OS.
Anyway, just a little idea!

Yes. Technically you could replicate their build process i guess. Or attempt flashing the chromebook arm image, since the platforms are pretty similar.
Let's not forget the Nexus 7 either.
I've been looking for a way to get the Metasploit framework running on a Nexus 7.
Has anyone tried flashing the chrome book IMG?

I was wondering with the speed in which new development has slowed (nearly stopped) for webOS and HP devices, verse the speed in which new development for the android OS has increased, how many android devs do we have that used to develop apps and patches for the webOS homebrew community?
ever since the main creator of webOS changed companies from HP (after plam was bought by HP) to change over to android development, we HAVE to have many of the homebrew devs change too.
I was just wondering if anyone had an idea or if we don't know yet, and you are a dev currently working android projects that have replaced your old webOS projects, maybe post a reply here and tell us of your work for webOS
I'm hoping to see that we do..

I guess so.. That's interesting to me though seeing as how similar they are and how Android 4.0.3 (ICS) has some "WebOS" style functions starting to make their way in..

How did you get it? Just shows up like everything else?
I was thinking we would need an updated GAPPS package for users on custom roms. I'm keeping an eye on it.

I don't what's wrong with me, but neither my N7 nor my DS autoupdate Google Play Market for whatever reason, meaning that Google Play Games probably won't be pushed here either, gotta wait for an APK :/
Sometimes you can clear market cache and reboot... then it will fetch the latest. I'm in no hurry. Seems there aren't many games that support it now anyway.

Anyone notice with the new promotion for the white nexus 4 the time has changed to 4:23? so maybe a possible update to 4.2.3 imminent ?

I think it is not exactly today. He just means that the next update might be coming, either 4.2.3 or 4.3.

If anyone have a wallpaper, keyboard, or something else it would be nice if you post it here, thanks.
A bit early don't you think ? Best bets is to install miui and look for the ios6 theme, also this section is for themes not requests...

Android 4.3 should have been revealed earlier in the year, and the last few months should have been betas for Nexus devices, available as full ROM images.
Result: Less running dodgy leaks, more stable end code, happier techy end users.
Apple do it to great effect, and I feel Google are missing a trick here.

I think the way Google sees it is this: from the release of a new version (nexus devices) until the release from OEM's (Samsung, HTC, Sony, LG etc) it is kinda like open beta, where a large userbase uses the new OS (bug smashing) and developers catch up with the new API. Maybe this is one reason nexus devices are somewhat considered developer phones.
You tell them Peter! Cuz you so crazy like that....
