What do you mean exactly by drop-down menu? Do you mean the toggles on the expanded status bar? These could easily be done, using peetr_'s lidroid toggles themed to look like s3.
Edit: Oh right, you already asked me that a while ago. I'll get on it right away

(Q) Disabling battery percentage in TX JB

I heard xperia t jb version has an option to disable battery percentage on status bar.
Any idea where I could disable it in new tx jb?

Seems the option is not there, or maybe I'm blind.

Changing the size of the navbar

Hello everybody!
I'm new to Xperia Z after selling my Galaxy S3. I love my new Xperia Z but the navbar is to big! -.-
Is there anyway to make it smaller? Changing it's dpi maybe? Could anybody suggest something?

It seems as though your only option is to root the phone. That way you can manipulate the navbar any way you see fit. I don't think there is any official way of editing it. Which sucks IMO.

I forgot to add that I've already rooted it, sorry!
I've tried Ultimate Navigation Bar and I don't like it. I just want that original navbar to be smaller
