GS2 for LG O2X

My cousin is offering me his gs2 for my phone and I've always wanted to try out a different phone. Do you guys think this is at least an even trade or should I just keep mine? I'm more interested in stable AND fast roms that run jb very well. So if anyone has experience with both phones let me hear your opinion.

Yes and on other stores its even more expensiv like 350€
I guess i will just buy an external battery charger and another battery
