I don't know if any of you ha e heard of this but if you want an awesome 3d first person RPG similair in style to oblivion check out WWW.realmsoffortune.com it works great on vegan 5.1.1 the game is available through the market as well but for some reason Is a much older version than through the web site. Its still in BETA stages currently and the dev is very active on his forums and open to help and suggestions.
I highly recommend checking it out for anyone interested in seeing what both android and our tabs are capable of. I've been sucked into it already and I'm sure with the feedback from members here this game could evolve into a major android RPG powerhouse.

The game looks really cool but the control icons don't seem to work for me. I have Vegan 5.1.1 as well. Hoping the next release works. Just running around was fun.
This game actually ran smooth enough to play on my HTC Magic. Realty fun game. Was wondering why it never got updates on-the-job market. I will give this a round two for sure.

The final release should be out in early April. Give it a play and give your feedback. The dev is very active on the RoF forum and loves all the input and even criticisms we give.
Full version now in market. Quests and tons of spells and items. This game keeps getting better. Devs says key mapping is in the works so wiimote or keyboard can be used.
The official SDK for Android 3.0 has been out there for a day or two (cf Android developers website)
And still no port of this release on the NC
Can't wait for the HC v05 image for NC !
SDK only helps you develop apps, they need the asop code to better port hc.

Source needs to be dropped for us to have better builds.
So by Google's open source platform is open source when the first consumer product gets sold right so when the zoom comes out look for it then
I can't wait til we have a fully ported version of HC, it will be awesome. I never expected to have it on the NC when I bought it. I wanted something inexpensive that I could root and use for web browsing, gmail, google voice, running flash, and playing a few games. I didn't think it would ever be running HC and I was ok with that. Everyone has done an amazing job and there is much more to come. This Nook is a cool device for sure.
I was wondering if any one on the Samsung official ICE Rom (4.0.4) received the new Google maps with the streamlined UI. Google play says it'll be rolled out to all 4.0.3+ devices, but I don't see an update on mine.
Furthermore, when I switch to unofficial AOKP Rom (jelly bean), I do get the update, but then the map keeps stalling and crashing.
I am beginning to fear that this is another instance of the limitations of tegra2, especially the lack of NEON, but I'm no developer and was hoping others more knowledgeable would be able to help us.
The new Google maps, especially for tablets, is really sleek, and it'd be tragic not to be able to update to it. I am for the first time in a long while seriously thinking about jumping ship cause of this.

Many thanks! Good news to hear. I went over to the unofficial AOKP, but glad to know I can go back to Samsung stock Rom when needed, and not worry about missing Google maps 7.0 !

Anyone else frustrated with Samsung for not supporting their products properly? I have not gotten a single update since a few weeks from launch and the tab s can still be sluggish at times. Unfortunately this is still the best android tablet that can make calls so I don't really have a choice. Hopefully Samsung can smoothen everything out with Android L
*waits for android L 4 months later* lol. They have so many devices to update each and everyone. Awell at least we got some custom roms!
Samsung is very cunning when it comes to making their hardware obsolete after a few months. They update the phones to the newest version of Android but make sure to leave out visual designs to make it look old.
You're a bunch of cry babies. Patience is a virtue. ? will come..
I guess by 1st quarter of 2015 well be getting lolipop
My first smartphone was a Windows Mobile. I got my hands on an android phone very late. But it was actually fortunate as the information about how, do and don't was readily available then. After I started to use my android phone I quickly came to know about XDA because I was very much interested in trying custom ROM (stock based) than MIUI. But I was glad I bought this particular model (mido). It's been 4 years since then but I still have my first android phone up and running smoothly powered by LOS 18.1.
I am thankful for the hard work that all the developers put in bringing so much to masses for free.
