Nexus 7 start to sell in Taiwan

Now you can pre-order the Nexus 7 in Taiwan. The listed price is NT$8990 for 16GB and no price for 8GB. NT$8990 = US$300 include the tax.
According to ASUS PR manager, Taiwan may have different IME for Taiwanese.
The delivery will be after September 10.

If I got one on contract with Three in the UK and they upgrade to 4G later in the year, will the HTC One I get have the capability too?
