I was testing deodexed version but it had some issues like broken LG keyboard apk there could be more bugs that I didn't found, so I have to figure out what is the problem or just replace original apk with third party.
Odp: [ROM][JB 4.1.2] Zaiben
What about AOSP or something other with stock kernel, huh?
AW: [ROM][JB 4.1.2] Zaiben
you could replace LG Keyboard with android 4.2 stock Keyboard apk

Could you please modify the UI. The original Android is much better and lighter than LG's I think

That rom has the bluetooth removed and nfc, wtf?
Change External_SD into SDCard ?
Could you change External_SD into SDCard so that we can install all Apps on it and utilize all 32Gb capacity SDCard ?
At this moment I'm changing my internet provider, some time I will be off because off technical issues. I will come back and try to make more changes to this rom/mod. Keep posting what changes would you like to see, periodically I will run through this thread and will take your ideas in advance.
AOSP version, possible target

there is a few guides to unlocking your bootloader here on the forum, its really a simple process involving only a few things, when you typed adb reboot-bootloader , you then need to type fastboot oem unlock then first making sure you have the necassary drivers installed which are here in the forum
AW: [ROM][JB 4.1.2] Zaiben
For me - the best what you could make of this would be clear, smooth rom without all that stock and LG apps which nobody (or just me) uses ! I guess the most advanced users have their favourite browser, mail, sms and so on app so that I would like just a rom with the apps you really need on a phone (phone, sms (I don't need^^), browser, calendar, clock, camera, calculator, music, gallery and contacts, play store -that's all )
and it would be SO AWESOME if you could add a mod or sth else to SKIP TRACK by long pressing volume keys, just like in cyanogenmod!
All kinds of mods/tweaks which really do sth are welcome for me!

• SQLite Patch for higher performance
• FD logging patch
• removed OSP and updater ("20MB Ram Hack") with settings patch
• SUI Lockscreen
• disabled PowerOn/Off and LowBattery sounds

ChristmasSnowCity Livewallpaper

FAQ:
Q: How can I use EXT4 with Tweaks?
A: Just flash this and after that Wipe Cache Partition and Dalvik Cache.
Q: EXT3 or EXT4?
A: EXT4 is a bit faster and smoother but EXT3 makes the phone more compatible for further LG updates.
Q: How to remove the LG musicplayer in the statusbar?
A: Just flash this and wipe Dalvik Cache.
Q: What about Fast Dormancy?
A: It's deactivated by default because many people have the FD bug. If you wanna activate FD, flash this. To deactivate FD again, flash this.
Q: I have bad battery life while using the phone?!
A: Go to GuesteOC and set higher activation times for the 2nd core. The screen brightness also has a big influence on the battery life.
Q: My market isn't working because of "low free space"?!
A: Boot into CWM and Wipe Dalvik Cache and the Cache Partition. If this doesn't help, you maybe use the touch recovery. Try with CWM 5.x without touch!
Q: How to remove facebook, twitter etc.?
A: You have to delete the SNS.apk from system/app. You can do this with a root explorer or Titanium Backup.
Q: Can I use other mods with this rom?
A: Yes, you can use every other V20s mods.
Q: The phone is buggy and some features are not working?!
A: Wipe before installing the rom! If this doesn't work, download the rom again.
Q: Which baseband should I use?
A: The 20120521 baseband is recommended, but you can also use every other baseband and RIL.
Q: Why the rom is so "stock-like"?
A: This is not a custom rom with every features that exists. It has another philisophy: This is a stock-Rom containing all the important mods and tweaks but still feels like stock. In my opinion, that's how the stock rom should be when LG releases it.
Flix, is this better than Rebuild of V20S Gingerbread Update + Tweak Pack V1.1? Let me be honest, I have never tried a ROM based on GB before, so please help me choose between this and your other
Thanks a lot

There is invalid information in title. It says your ROM is 2.3.7, however there is no such firmware released for our phones. And your first post says also "Based on android 2.3.4".

Not necessarily, as long as you have a kernel with recovery already installed, this should work fine, if not, try to flash this kernel then do it.
After flashing everything went OK, after the first reboot went on a bootloop but solved by wiping cache.
I have a question, does this ROM have init.d support?

I think I remember enabling it... But I haven't checked, if not I'll include it in next update.

Hi,
Can you make a flashable zip with all bloatware you removed? (oups, same question as yaabaa1986)
And can you add different size off on screen button flashable with CWM?
Is the Bravia engine 2 on the 9.1.A.0.489 firmware? If not is it possible to add this in your next realese?
Thank you very much. Great job.
Bravia engine is implemented.

Music player pauses
I'm on the latest version. When the music is playing and the screen locks, the music player pauses at the end of the song, it does not play the next song(s), until the screen is awoken, it then proceeds to the next track.
Anybody have this issue or know of a fix? I've done the usual wipes and reinstalls.

I think it's a problem with Sony's official firmware, as I am experiencing this too.

Superb ROM
Ok, after a week of testing this ROM my first words would be 'Really Nice'
The feel of JB is really good and smooth, it manages RAM in a different but better way, with the same apps i had on ICS, i got usually 280 to 340MB of free RAM. I use Nova Launcher Prime, on ICS always I mean always when using chrome and pressing the home button made the launcher redraw, with JB no launcher Redraws. So incredibly smooth.
The Rom is really stable, the first version i tried was 2.0.4 it had some problems like incompatibility with some mods , like seeder or rpengine,, these mods are supposed to make your phone smoother and faster on games but in that version they did the oposite. in 2.0.6 There's no need for any of those tweaks, everything works percectly. In the other hand in 2.0.4 the battery lasted a little bit more than in 2.0.4 but nevertheless I believe the battery performance was a little better than on any JB. In the atachments you can see the most of battery i could get.
Performace as said is magnificent, Antutu went up in about 1.200-1.400. In ICS the average score was always like 10200-10500 with this ROM 11690 - 11800. Quadrant went up from 5200 - 5600 to 6100 - 6280.
The only problems i've got are some signal problems, sometimes signal gets low on places i usually got normal signal and the fact of setting up APNs manually sometimes get tricky. And i've got to say, with this ROM I've never had the low storage problem that i had with previous JB ROMs, altough I think that was a TWRP problem because flashing with CWM never gave me that problem.
So in conclusion thanks @xL3thalTuRdZz awesome job, nice and clean ROM (could be cleaner but that's my thinking).

I don't have any pics of it on a 31XX but title pic has 3 screenshots of what it looks like on the 51XX. if anyone using it can post some pics that would be great. Basically stock themed with green circle battery mod.
Mobile network should be working as it is a 3100 base. The add on for the 3110/3 removes the mobile data stuff

[ROM] [stock 4.1.2] Droid Nexesque v3.6 XT925/XT926 "Fast, Stable & Reliable"
** Disclaimer, this is something I am posting here from the www.droidrzr.com forum with direct authorization from the OP to also alert everyone on XDA Developers and the direct download link to the Rom. Ive flashed soo many different Roms and this works the best and in my opinion is the most fast, stable and Force Close free. Battery life is one of the best I've seen for any phone as well. Thanks for this great opportunity to get this to every user smart enough to flash it adamjmtz and JP1044 **
So, I’ll be the first to admit that I’m not a real developer, but I have spent quite a bit of time reading the INTERNET. This is a stock-based RAZR HD ROM that I have themed and debloated to be as close to a stock nexus experience as possible (hence the 'nexesque' name). I basically like things to be clean, unintrusive, and stable.
DISCLAIMER: I built this rom for my own personal use and I’m posting it on here for you to try. Blah blah blah, if you brick your device it’s your own damn fault.

OPTIONAL ADDON STEP BY STEP GUIDE ON CUSTOMIZING ROM provided from user hallokitty. Special thanks to him.
The framework is an apk easily installed: http://dl.xposed.info/latest.apk (From this thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1574401)
GravityBox is here: http://repo.xposed.info/module/com.ceco.gm2.gravitybox - there's a link to the APK, currently 2.6.9
Just download them both, install the first framework APK first.. then open it. Choose the "Framework" option at the top. Press "Install/Update". It will need a reboot after.
Then install the GravityBox APK.
In your app drawer, go into "Xposed Installer", you'll be back at the same screen as before, press on "Modules", and check "GravityBox". I think it may even need a reboot again, I don't remember.
From there, just go into GravityBox in your app drawer, it has a few good tweaks - the main reason I got this one is because I can make the Navigation Bar smaller so I have more screen space, you can show the menu key etc.. Also you can center the clock on the status bar, make other visual changes to the Rom and many other tweaks to Nexesque.
As for the DPI, I just went with this simple app in the market: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.texdroider.texdroider_dpi
I'm currently running at 240 and I've had no market issues, but some apps will think you're on a tablet, so it can look odd. I had no problem with any of the settings I tried so far, so I can't report any real issues with that. I didn't try any crazy values though, I say between 200-300 is probably going to work fine.

This is what I've been able to find for you Safe Strap users: " I have this ROM running via safe strap right now. Built it out last night.
SS 3.12
My procedure: Erased rom slot 1 completely by doing standard cache wipes and wiping the OS. Then activated a different ROM slot. Then clicked rom slot 1 and deleted it.
Rebuilt rom slot 1 with a 2 gig partition. Did all the standard wipes again before I installed. Mounted system only, unchecked other boxes. Installed ROM. Once this ROM was installed wiped cache and dalvik cache & booted, no issues to report yet"

I tried this and it kinda works. doesnt connect as good as the proper xt925 ROM and toggling the network type from global to GSM and back after evey reboot is annoying. Please god somebody duplicate this rom on the xt925. PLEASE!
wifi not work
my device is 925, and I own the safestrap procedure that legend221 described. The rom flashed normally, but the wifi does not work.
What could have happened?

I removed the kernel in post #2 as it was an alternative for the Rom but not a requirement.
Performed a full wipe and re flashed just the Rom by itself and it fixed my wifi issue at a local hotspot.
I use mobile data 99 percent of the time so I never noticed before.
Try the same and let us know if you can connect now.
I installed with CWM and now it worked. It's a pity I have not got the safestrap = /

Glad to hear.
I don't have safestrap and am unlocked. Being unlocked is better than having safestrap as some users have tried to unlock but their phones are already upgraded so they cannot unlock their phones anymore.
You should be happy you are unlocked

Is there an option in this ROM to remove the soft keys at the bottom of the screen? I use PIE Controls and don't need or want the built-in soft keys. I'd prefer to have the screen real estate. If that option exists I'd love to give this ROM a try.
use it on an xt925
In case anybody is interested, try this: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2394689
seems like the trick to make a xt926 ROM work properly with a xt925

Great, thanks for letting the users know. We're you able to perform this with success?
god this looks nice. wish it was on the atrix hd :crying:
I don't get it, why doesn't this work with GSM sims isn't the Razr HD a world phone meaning it works with Verizon cdma and international GSM networks (US with radio mod)

Thx for this ROM,
I like as close to stock as possible.
It had a hard time until I figured out that you put a radio file in it.
