font in the screens: Ubuntu , Ubuntu and Arial
Tested fonts:
Arial
trebuchet
Ubuntu
PD: Fonts are in the app

After installing some fonts I got stuck at the boot screen, so have a nandroid backup at hand. Probably ticking all system fonts to replace was the problem.

This app made me get into a bootloop when switching fonts for the 3rd time. Good app nut be selective on what font you want!

Make a backup guys
What fonts cause a bootloop?
I tested Ubuntu and trebuchet, and works fine both :3

I used Ariel I think, but don't remember exactly. I guess the problem was, in the settings I ticked to replace all the system fonts. Have you done that or left it as it was?

Ariel? I will try, wait 5 minutes :B

Sorry man, but works fine

in the settings, did you tick to replace all the system fonts or not?

Yes :3

hmm.. maybe it was a different font then. anyway, good to have TWRP

Probably is the ROM, I use Stock Rom

Gingerbread is the theme for Android interface Sense. Basically the icons have changed the bar and added some details of the new interface of Android 2.3
Warning:
The theme has been tested on Desire HD Rom Revolution HD 2.0.2, theoretically it should work on all terminals as the procedure will go 'to replace only the folder framework. Let me remind you also that the procedure is irreversible, that 'you can not return to the previous theme unless it riflashate ROM.

You can also find modified Livewallpaper
Download LiveMod-GingerBread

[Q] Ubuntu font without those annoying [] characters?

After having tried (almost) all recovery flashable Zip files and apps like TypeFresh and so on to install the Ubuntu font on Android I have to resort to asking a question here...
Did anybody find a way to install this font after which it works completely fine, that is: no []-characters are showing in the App Drawer, in address bar in the Browser, in listviews, etc.
So a long app-name like Better Terminal Pro (a name too long to display in the App Drawer) will look like Better [][][][][]. With other fonts (which probably have the full character set) this problem does not occur.
Below are examples of my App Drawer and a file manager using the generic font and the Ubuntu font.

Hmm...The "FontPack-Ubuntu10.10.zip" download doesn't have any weird characters for me, have you tried that one?

[Q] Custom FONT for Android 4.2

Please Someone help me in FLASHING this Font on my Pre-Nightly CM 10.1. This is screenshot from Salty Bean Build 32. This is pretty much different from Stock JellyBean FONT.
You can install, from google play, an app named Font Installer that will let you install fonts, either from you local storage or from the network server that the app uses.
It has a font previewer, so you can check the don't before installing it.
By the way, there was no image and nothing else attached to your post that would indicate which font you wanted to install.

That doesn't work always..Got my first soft brick due to that app. This font comes in Stock with Salty bean.

Don't use Font Changer or any other root app from Play store for changing font. You'll get a soft brick. Happened.

So, it appears you are correct for some users, from the comments left by other users on google play, it be related to whether or not the phone has English as default language, and whether or not one reads and follows all instructions and comments before installation. It is unusual in that you need to do this before installation.
I've used font installer without any problems on CM10.0.

You will need to change the system fonts in system/fonts folder. The font on your screenshot is Roboto Condensed so you'll need to replace all these ttfs with the font of your choice. Make sure you fix permission after replacing the font files.
Tnx m8. Do I have to give same Name (Roboto Condensed), just to edit content, or to delete that and put new files with different name?! And do you know which font samsung use for their menu?

Yeah, you'll want to replace the font files with the same name as the ones you are replacing which in this case is Roboto Condensed. You'll also need to fix the permission for all the files you moved over to system/fonts.
Done, tnx again!! Now just to find defoult fonts from samsung

Stockify theme for EMUI

Hi all!
I have created a new theme called 'Stockify' for EMUI4+ devices. It has a few interesting things...
Where possible all icons are replaced by their stock Android equivalent
Other icons are replaced with fully licenced icons from icons8
The theme is deployed via the Play Store - you will be automatically notified of updates and it will take you through the install and update process
The install / update tool will be open source shortly for all EMUI theme developers
The theme is currently in Beta, I will be stockifying a lot more, but you can have a play now!
Simply download from the Play Store at https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=uk.co.olabs.theme.stockify
Enjoy!

good job - general question how do you change font in themes.

I like this, although some icons looked too big (Facebook for example). But it's a big step up from the MIUI icons. Thanks.

The Facebook icon isn't in this pack, so it's just the stock one you are seeing!
