[APP] AOSP Music Mod, share music + layout change

Greeting...
I've made this to suit my wife's aging htc magic, I've added music share function and changed some layout. If you like, feel free to to use it.
Change log
1.3:
- build against 2.2.1 source code from android repo.
- Swipe left and right to change track, now with animated album image.
- Swipe down to go to "Now Playing". While in "now playing", select a song will play and return to main UI.
- Samsung Galaxy's style progress bar.
- Support both hdpi and mdpi.
- Fixed progress bar graphic glitch in mpdi device.
- Added highlight/focus images for pause and play.
- Widget: added album art, previous button, and progress bar.

I have tested it with my Galaxy S (android 2.2.1) and Htc Magic (android 2.2.1 and 2.3.2).
Special thank to android team, cyanogenmod team and Eliot (for their code music mod code), and last but not least to xda community
P.S. Use "adb push" method to install and don't forget to backup original app.

I've been running using this for about 5 days and it's nice and speedy. I get the occasional force close with this version, but no big deal.

I also get fc on the magic. I think it's because of the animation, I don't get fc before I added the animation.

No can do. I don't know how to make update.zip to flash via recovery. You may try normal install, some says it's also work that way.

Eh thanks for making it easier I guess. Not exactly a mod though, Just apps.
I prefer nstools compared to the WIP CyanogenMod settings.

Yup, they sure do!! All the cyanogen settings are available, including the long-press to kill feature, as well

don't be a douche, man...you couldn't even get that far with the rom you made that bricked everyone who installed it. I don't know why you think you're some big shot going around talking trash in people's threads...at least I can get my zips to install, and what's included doesn't brick anyone.

It runs bad ass too. I'm really enjoying it.
I'm running the cm10 overclock kernel with it. No problems at all so far.

Yea I am running this on my tab 2 also. I haven't found any problems yet either. Its a fast ROM. There was lock screen music problems on my GNex with aokp but haven't had them on tab yet.

This is cm10 core. Aokp has more options for customization.

You could flash it over cm10 but I'd recommend a full wipe.

p3113 version is also compatible with the p3110(fun fact: it's actually more compatible with the p3110)
unfortunately no tablet UI option yet, so i'm going back to cm9.

No option for tab ui but I've changed my softkeys around.
I'd take some screenshots but I can't find an app that will work. (most return a blank black image)

Power button + Volume down , hold for a second or two.
No working option to share ? So had to connect via PC and find the screens , think it was something like :
SD Card ( internal) /Pictures/ Screenshots.

So far so good, my bad if the screen shots are sideways

[ROM] [2.3.6] XSLauncher De-Blur Rom [45.21.78] [Oct6]

This is based on my Blur Daily Driver Rom. I have de-blured as much of the ROM as I could without breaking anything and replaced the BlurHome with XSLauncher.
This was just something I put together for myself. As I did a backup of it on my sever I thought I might as well share it.
When you first boot into the ROM you need to select MIUI Lockscreen then XSLauncher on the next page.

After flashing and clearing appropriately, it booted and then bricked instantly upon freezing...
EDIT: Reflashed and it's running pretty smooth for blur, but for some reason I'm not getting Tmobile data with this ROM? Are the APN's not configured properly? I really like it other than that.
EDIT 2: I just checked the APN's and Tmobile has a lock icon next to it, and I can't edit it. Please fix this mighty dev!

So... How bout that APN?

Just google them and enter them manually and see if that works. Have to do it all the time and it works good.

It won't allow me to edit them, there is a lock icon next to it, when I click on it, all the options are grayed out.

I know they are locked, you wrote that in your post. I didn't mean that you should edit the existing ones - I meant to add them completely new.

Hey guys just wanted to share this awesome keyboard with everyone here. Swype is fluid and just the overall experience typing with this keyboard is much better IMO.

Directions:
Install just like a regular .apk then go settings > Language & Input > and check the box for the Android Keyboard. Then select Android Keyboard from the default keyboard to use.
Directions for Gmail installation:
First rename the .zip to .zpk then uninstall your old Gmail.apk (if you're running an Odexed ROM, delete the .odex file too) then reboot and install the new Gmail.apk just like any other app.

I got it after fooling around with settings for a while, but it just works when language is set to english. Hope they'll add support for other languages with the release of 4.2

Isn't swipe typing already exist in stock LG keyboard?
Try shape writer mode on language settings.

Yes but we're not talking about the LG Keyboard here. Its a thread for the new keyboard found in the AOSP Android 4.2. Besides, I find this new keyboard to be more accurate and much easier and faster to use than the LG kb.

Sorry to be so blunt - but you are posting on a forum for the LG Optimus 4X HD. Do you seriously expect to get help with fixing a problem on a Galaxy Nexus? I would suggest that you go and look for help in your device's forum.
