Alchemist solve the call bug in his port it could be the same problem ...
For rotation is the sensors file OK ....use char or something like that I believe

No, call problem does not exists in my port (i think it is not there in Alchemist's too)..
BTW, is this a port or source build?

What type of bug is it..? FC..?
i think its not RIL related at all since the dialer is not force closing and also there's signal bars, if we view screens...it must be only simple resizing issues causing FC..

i sure u not edit files in etc/paranoid before..u dont need to resized any .png in PAC rom..just edit n put good value in etc/paranoid files..so things will look small ..

Nice! I believe the ones that are required for the camera to work are in one of the androidarmv6 repos in github for the msm7x27 common, they are precompiled so they are pretty much universal for any ROM. If you want I can send you the PAC I compiled from source (I believe is version 19.x.x) if it can be useful for you

+1. Editing paranoid preferences is better than resizing whole rom.. i have tried that on my port from gio.. but, that looks bad in some parts such as battery icon etc..
Can any one confirm.. is this port from ace or a source build..?

I think is better port from Gio because the camera lib from Gio will work for us but from ace will not(I mean the one in lib/hw/camera.msm7x27.so) it worked on cm9 earlier

Well i have been working on this rom since paul released his first build of AOSP ics which is even better than cm7...
This ROM is based on Sir Paul's build of AOSP ics..
This is still beta stage of the ROM.
It is a mixture of simplicity of AOSP and performance feature of AOKP and I am also planning to add PA features in next build (but there is still time for it)

+1 look ugly..u can use the app icons which u used..
and a small suggestion..u can just upload the settings mod instead of the whole zip again isnt it, why waste time downloading for the same rom which is already uploaded by paul

Well I played around a bit with some things here and there
And it is odexed
Next version will include working themes...
You can change battery icon in x-layout/reloaded ics...
Also I managed to fix double gallery (don't know how but it just happened when I odexed the rom...)
I suck at making icons only if someone could make awesome x icons.....

um hsay how did you odex pauls build.got bootloop when i tried.also edit status bar icons the dont match with the appearance of aosp if possible that is.

And for theme , just fix the theme chooser and find a good theme for the rom and put it in /data and activate it so after flashing tge rom you will find tge theme active

Dude This is based on AOSP there is no theme chooser for the rom .......(yet, currently getting x-theme engine to work but unfortunately bootloop.....)
If anybody could provide me latinime.apk from cm9.1 I would be utterly grateful.....

But you just saved me a lot of time so can i use some of your work in my rom cause it will save me a heck of efforts and time....

Cm10.1 mod isn't booting for me, stuck at bootanim :-/
I even tried flashing this on fresh rom install but same result.
Btw i have 40+ mb space left in /system
Edit: after doing little testing i found that, when i copied settings.apk from ur zip to system and after reboot it showed settings fc
Then i copied 2 files (android policy and service) jar files from zip to system/framework folder and after reboot it got stuck at bootanim, may be this info can help u

yes all the layouts are fixed and the latest rom is stable..
and i am guessing u r using a very old version..so since then there are many changes in the system which is causing a bootloop

everything works and that little delay in booting is due to my fancy boot splash.
Tested it too...no bugs except a random reboot right now..but maybe it was caused by a mod..

Not work bro" stuck on bootanimation after bootsplash, i think because I am use live logcat (no bootanimation) my live logcat not start, wait (5minutes). flash again to original aosp ics kernel and my phone boot again

Not work bro" stuck on bootanimation after bootsplash, i think because I am use live logcat (no bootanimation) my live logcat not start, wait (5minutes). flash again to original aosp ics kernel and my phone boot again

It doesn't work because it needs a different ramdisk and USB config, I'm going to test myself. Nice work btw.

and y would he do that ? i have credited him properly and also linked to the git from where i built clearly mentioning in the OP that its based on whisp and ericks work :good:

I mean he flames everywhere where people dont build stuff from scratch. Not talking about the credits. I can see him grinning reading this post.

He is a great dev and helped a lot our device to get what we r using today, the cm10/10.1

thanks for your project. i have a question is german included? and is it the same base as koolsavas??
I have made an ios theme and found onother one based on iphone 4 ios for joyos, so if your rom work, i will share them.

I dont know about german. And koolsavas joyos was ported from htc tattoo and it was based on old cm7. I have ported from galaxy y and it is based on latest cm nightly and latest cm kernel.

found an bug, when you press twice home on the lookscreen, you saw an camera icon, when you press on it you have hot reboot..

Well i am using with symfinity kernel (smartH3 governor) and battery is ok for me.

As far as I know it's because official JoyOs rom has been suspended with gingerbread release, there isn't an ics or jb version of it.

@AndroidAddiction are you using libandroidruntime.so from cm7 for wildfire or from the device you ported the rom?
When I ported joyos with KoolSavas that lib was causing the issue with gmaps.
Nice I want to try it but my Scumbag little brother broke my Wildfire :banghead:
