Please see this thread for details. But be aware that a lot of it is speculation as nobody on XDA actually has it running on their phone as Sony have only supposedly released it to their developer devices (internal testing for employees only). This means that there is no ftf available to flash full stop.

If only it was that easy!
If you want Jelly Bean maybe you should unlock your bootloader and try flashing one of the JB ROMS like CyanogenMod, which you can find in the Original Android Development section.

Maybe there was already a post on the forum, but i just couldn't find it so i decided to make a post.
Will BE2 and gracenote be disabled simply because i rooted my Xperia Z?
