Hey I've been running ICS for 2 weeks now and have a Samsung vibrant. If you guys have any wallpapers that look good on ics post them up.

I believe that has to be made in the uot kitchen. I remember having that on by HTC awhile back. I always wanted that pull down again. Was neat

First - Make Backup of original File System
download the SystemUI file
copy it to the System > app
Now simply reboot the device.
