[HELP] galaxy ace, huge problem after cwm

I rooted my galaxy ace and was fine. I tried to install cwm but because i had to previous version i could not flash to zip so i tried to copy the files by my own. After the restart i could not boot to cwm and booted to my default android but with many bugs, i have no access to my settings or contacts. Any way to undo the damage? really need help... or giving me the default files of the system?

[Q] why is cwm recovery not working?

I have installed cwm on my friends phone (galaxy mini) via odin. When i booted into recovery it said he couldn't mount /cache/recovery. So i installed root explorer on his phone and i saw there are no files in that folder! In my phone there is a file... so i was wondering if someone has installed cwm (i believe it was 5.2.7) and knows how to solve this. Maybe i could try using this file of someone else with same recovery.
Long story short: does anybody know a solution or does anybody wants to upload this file?
Sorry for bad english if i made any mistakes

simple way is to download file and usb to phone, the zip file. Do Not unzip it.

stock?
Dont use CWM on stock if u dont want to flash rom
It will give problem
Well... first i had tried installed cwm using a normal .zip file. Same problem. Then was when i actually installed via odin. After that i gave up and asked for help here. So i think it isnt the fould of the recovery. So could anyone upload the file in the next location, just to try : /cache/recovery
So i can put the file inside this folder and maybe it will work again.

Dont use custom recovery on stock, if you want install custom rom, just wipe data/cache and it will mount system, data
So i shouldn't use cwm to install rom? Indeed, installing a new rom is the goal

Have any way to make cwm work with stock? The nandroid backup is useful, and dont like andro-id or emanoN

don't worry error in mounting cache is normal, you can use it safely for installing and wiping
However also in the my stock recovery give a error in the cache partition but to me give the error of unmounting, says unmount(/cache); attempt 1 unknow error=0 rc=0, and later i must and will inform about this error.

as far as i know.if u wanna retrieve file u downloaded or ur pic n video (not app+app data), reflashing doesnt even delete it even with odin as i always done it (need confirmation thou if someone else confirm their file losing due to flashing).unless u choose to format internal sd or ext sd.
