If your downloading from your PC then choose if you want to download the .rar or download the files
separately.
2) Copy the .apk to the system / app folder.
3) Copy the .so to the system / lib folder

Just do a Multiupload or Mediafire link instead Or fix the Google Drive user restricion.
Also the Microbes normally is a standard .apk live wallpaper. A hacked version should install & run just fine on Xperia Z.
Try again please.
I forgot to put it on share.....

If you can rewrite the .apk so it can work then be my guest.

I opened this new thread for people who have problems with network location provider on CM10/AOKP JB(tested on latest CM10 and AOKP JB and deepsleep ok,i dont know if it will work on CM9.1 too)
So,
-First you need this NetworkLocation.apk and put it on /system/app/here and set permission to rw-r-r
-Second you must ad the right database on /sdcard/nogapps/here
NetworkLocation Database (copy to /sdcard/.nogapps/cells.db):
-Based on dumps of opencellid-project - all credits to those guys there!

Does ".nogapps/cells.db" needs to be created on sdcard?
i have downloaded the networklocation.apk and the cell-asia.db.. then i copy the apk and replace networklocation.apk in system/app and change permission to rw-r--r--. then i create .nogapps folder in sdcard, copy the cell-asia.db to it and rename it to cell.db, the permission is ---rwxr-x. is this correct step..?
thanks i will try it :good:

Some people said that using this solution might be a break to copyright law against Apple, because this solution uses data from Apple to get network location when using WiFi.
What do you think ? Might be a problem ?
i'm really thanksfull for this. It works perfectly, also deepsleep. The only bug i found it's the direction : 45° of my real direction. But I've not test on the road again. Thanks.

Here are the original images, wallpapers, ringtone/notification and theme file from the Bond Edition Xperia T.
Needs root to get the actual theme installed, but can have the ringtone & notification anywhere as usual ringtones and select.
Skyfall.apk needs to be copied to 'system/vendor/overlay/framework' folder and permissions changed and reboot!
Thanks to JJD809 who kindly provided the Bond content.
If preferred anyone with a mediafire account could add this content as sendspace link will not last forever.
UPDATE:

Sony changed the way the themes work on jelly bean so you can't use this one any more.
Download the new one here and put it in /system/app/ (not /vendor/overlay/framework like the old one) and set the permissions to rw-r--r-- (0644), then reboot.

With the help of one of your threads, I successfully flashed my firmware on my Xperia T to get rid of the O2 branding. Before flashing I copied & saved the Skyfall.apk and the tones to the memory card in the hope of pasting them back to their folders. Didn’t realise that the folder would be un-writable. Can any one give me detailed instruction on how to get the Theme back on my phone. I used Flashtool to Flash Firmware and ES File Explorer to copy files to memory card.
Thanks in advance

its 'system/vendor/overlay/framework' or where the other theme.apk files are saved.

You must make the folder R/W not just R/O
You need root to do this, and then just click on the grey R/W button in top right of root explorer

Copy into directory /system/media and overwrite the old file. Also set permission of that new one to rw-r--r-- (644, or yyn;ynn;ynn. If still unsure, look at the permission of some other file in that same folder and set the same permission to this one) of the file after overwriting.

Hi all
I think that in few days the official Jelly Bean will come to our phones.
I would like to upgrade it using the LG OTA Update App installed in our phones.
But there's one problem: I deleted the app. I don't want to reinstall the system.
So If someone would post me the apk of this app, i would be very grateful .

1.Just download the LG FOTA Client.apk and the LG FOTA Client.odex
And the LGFOTA.apk.
2.Move the 3 Files into /system.
3.Set the permission (look the other file and set the same).
4.Reboot.
And is completed

Just re-flash the phone with the same version using "UpTestEX_mod2_marwin", choose the option "DIAG".
Takes 7 minutes and if the app is missing or the files corrupted will re-install them. All other apps/files and settings will remain.

So, I can be sure, that other apps, contacts and settings will remain after flashing it? Of course, I made a backup, but if I wanted to reinstall whole system I would have done it. If it's not already in the devices device-tree and added in the rom or added by somebody already and working then probably not going to work.
It's already been mentioned in threads about FM radio not working.
