Starhub doesn't customize the ROM so it should be the regular SE update.

Yes. Zero SingTel app.
As for cire1980. I'm not sure but you can try updating it through SUS. Remember to relock your bootloader if it's unlocked

This is what I think. India hasn't released an update for this firmware. And the fact that you're in India tells me that SUS might have connected to Sony India

hmm... the thing is.. xperia V hasnt released in india.. and if this is the case... any way i can change SUS to connect to Singapore?... i dont find any such option though....
i really need this update coz the wifi sometimes gets stuck at "wifi turning Off" and i have to reboot to fix...

guys for all the people about 4.3 for c6602 it's yet released for Our C6602 you can try to install the one for C6603 it will work fine.

Arghh... Just 4 fun LTE haven't appeared

Hasn't the c6602 got the update in some parts if the world so isn't it possible for someone to make at least a stripped ftf to flash alongside Roms such as existense z

I have found various links to xperia z lte roms and tried them but handset runs hot with rapid battery drain , is there a link to th o2 uk 4.3 rom have been looking for days with no joy

yeah really need a new 4.3 ftf for c6602 android os keeps phone awake way too long and that makes for some pretty horrendous battery life
so please if someone would kindly post a link to 4.3 ftf for c6602 preferably the Indian one(as this was the stock version the phone came with) it would be much appreciated

The customization number can be found in service menu (dial *#*#7378423#*#* > Service info > Software info > Customization Version).
If you got it, I could check, download and create an FTF for everybody :good:

To clarify: there are no “unbranded SE” customisations; unbranded devices sold in Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland all share the Nordic customisation number (abbreviated NCB, 1268-6904).

i don´t know what you are talking about, i have no contract with any provider and under no circumstances with telenor, which is s.....ing s..t, firmware is downloaded directly from seus and has only the usual sony bloatware nothing from either 3,telia, telenor or tele2

Dude i dont get it, just flashed it thinking it was the swedish one, actually its the SingTel one! it has some apps from singtel, i was expecting a firmware without bloatware from any carrier O_O

What about 1268-5895 instead? On xperia updatechecker by Macmol, it seems to be unbranded-sweden

1268-5961 is about SingTel from Singapore, not Sweden... where did you get this file?

Which is carrier-branded for Swedish carrier “3”.
In my earlier post I incorrectly assumed the firmware posted in this thread was actually from Telenor Sweden, whose devices did indeed receive .295. I apologise for my wrong assumption.

Branded is means operator. You need to flash your original fw via Flashtool, than flash again via Sony update service.

Let me explain you. The SI sales item number are different for each country/region. In Hong Kong there a are a lot of SI because every phone has one different no matter they all are the same, I mean, the black one has one and the white and purple have others
So the important thing here is that you need to flash the one with the Customization Number matching the SI, so try to find the firmware with the customization 1276-7948 because all firmwares are posted with the Customization Number and not with the SI
