You're welcome Yes, that's one of the things I dislike in android, anyway someone always invents an app for bridging gaps.

Did you just try to install it as a user app? That won't work.
You need to manually put the apk in /system/priv-app and set permissions to rw-r--r--. You can use a root enabled file explorer to do this.
