Hey Guys, I tried Almost all the media/Video players present in the MARKET
but those are unable to play some MP4 files on custom roms(almost all roms).
Only stock rom can play them
but i don't like stock rom. So please help or share your idea if anyone have?

I was going to buy this when it first came out but the reviews showed that for local video files, movies that I happened to have on my desktop would result in lag and chopiness framer ate. I was wondering if this is still the situation?
AFAIK, yes. At least in my own experiences.

Absolutely! You're better off spending a few dollars more and grabbing an Android TV stick, or splurging on another set top box like Roku/Plex, or WDTV Live box.

Try MXPlayer to play them. And first see if the video lags in HW mode, if it does, try SW decoding mode.

Thnx for your info but I found the problem....
Actually I was using gemini task killer which when used in Xperia devices using 4.3 or up kills video library drivers... but it frees up almost 500 mb of ram.... now I don't use it and the problem has gone

EZCast allows you to stream your camera live to your CC, albeit with a little bit of lag. Not sure about other apps.
