flash player working with no problem in my s3 mini with stock browser...
I don't think this phone supports flash.. It supports HTML5 tho because flash is just soo out dated and old tech compared to HTML5.

You need to have custom kernel i guess.Because it was after i flashed cf root my flash started working.Or may be plugins are disabled in settings,or you installed the player on sd card may be.
anyways look for a custom kernel i suggest
just to be sure you did use the armv6 version right? Here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1359506

Lukenda is correct. Skyfire does not have flash built-in. It redirects any flash to a server which converts it and send it to you.

First download and install the latest Flash Player version for Android 4.0 from here:
Archived Flash Player versions
You said you already downloaded it so now, you have to activate it in one of the compatible browsers like Firefox, Dolphin... For example, you can't use Chrome because it doesn't support flash.
I use Firefox so I'm going to try to explain you how to use it. Download, install and open Firefox, go to Settings, Display, Plugins and select "Enabled". In others browsers are similar. Now you can navigate and view flash videos on the web.
It is not perfect, native apps work better but is useful sometimes.
I hope this help you
P.S.: This method can be used in all Android 4.0+ devices
From what ive read it all depends on what browser you use
I dont think its compatible with for instance Chrome
you could try Boat Browser i use this as an alternative
Have a read of this i found it very enlightening
