Installed Icarus HD 1.8.3 Remix (stripped) and have been running it with no problems at all for two weeks. All of a sudden I noticed it wasn't charging all the way (86% max) so I restarted it but it never got past the red Motorola logo. I am able to go back to stock rom in safestrap and that works fine. Any idea how to get back into the icarus rom that was setup and working fine?

Hello all
I recently upgrade to an HTC TBolt but decided to keep my droid for mp3 playing since it has great battery life.
Well I went to download CM7 RC4 and the download always stopped I chalked this up to bad wifi signal no big deal. Downloaded the zip on computer moved it to the SD.
So not I go to boot into CWR and it wont, tried through CM7 reboot menu, rom manager, x + power, power + volume down still nothing.
The phone boots to moto logo site for a bit goes black and back to moto logo for a few seconds or so then goes right to CM7 bootlogo...
Tried a CWR reinstall didnt seem to work. Also rom manager wont install updated version and it wont install the alternative recovery...
Motorola Droid
CyanogenMod 7 RC2
Rom Manager 3.0.0.7
Clockwork Recovery 2.5.0.1
Any help with figuring this out would be great and thank you in advance.
I got a Droid Bionic which was not able to boot and actually it was stacked into “DROID screen” which is coming up after the red Motorola Logo.
The phone was able to enter into recovery mode but although I wiped data and cache it was still not able to boot.
I flashed through RSD Lite (5.7) the 6.7.246 XML zip and everything went OK. The procedure end up with no errors and then the green droid came up as expected … after the flashing procedure completed the phone rebooted BUT again end up stacked into the DROID screen.
I entered again into recovery and wiped just in case, but still the same problem. The phone boots until the DROID screen and then remains there …
I tried to flash the 6.7.246 a few more times but every time the same problem.
At the end as I was desperate I flashed the flashable 6.7.246 zip through the stock recovery and again everything went ok with no errors. BUT again the same problem … The phone remains stack into DROID Screen and cannot boot ...
I am starting believing the phone has hardware problem … Any ideas?
Hardware problem. Nothing else really left to try. Are you sure flashing .246 is working or are you perhaps missing an error message somewhere along the way?

Same Problem
Hi Guys,
I have the same problem with my Bionic. I've been working on this thing for about a week straight and still stuck at droid screen. Of course now we have JB but its not making a difference for me. I got no errors when flashing Jelly Bean and Droid Screen Persists. Here are a few things i've tried.
Used JB cdt.bin, boot.img, system.img with the rest of the files being ICS. After booting i get blank screen after moto insignia.
So i used the update.zip for JB and it passes. Everything patched well and correctly but no boot animation just the droid screen again.
Flashing strictly JB files with RSDlite and HOB got no errors but still no boot past that droid screen.
Are we sure this could be a hardware problem and if so is there a way to fix it?
Hello,
in my case proved to be a Hardware issue. Fortunately the device was still under warranty and was replaced by Motorola.
hi, my kindle fire hd 7 1st gen got stuck in blue logo. Thats all what i did:
1) Rooted it
2) Installed 2nd bootloader & TWRP
All was going fine, then i decided to install gapps so i downloaded the zip file, logged into recovery, selected the zip file and installed it.
After reboot, it shows the orange logo for 2 sec and then stuck on blue logo. If i try to hold volume up and power all i get its a black screen.
What should i do?
Thanls
well guys, i dont know how but it got into recovery. i then used adb sideload and installed cyanogenmod 10.2
after flashing cyanogen 10.2 now it shows "system ui has stopped"
cant get out of this

Boot into TWRP and wipe only Dalvic and CACHE and reboot. Let me know if that helps.
Same here
Same thing happened to me...KFHD8.9
I had CM10.1 and wanted to try 10.2. Everything went well and 10.2 worked. I had the Kindle all set up and downloaded all of my apps again. I powered it off last night and when I turned the Kindle back on today, it got stuck on the Kindle blue logo. I was able to restore it back to 10.1 but I was just curious if anyone has any ideas on what happened. Like I said, everything was working great until the Kindle was powered off and back on later. Thanks.
Hey guys, I downgraded my KFHD to 7.2.3, rooted and then installed TWRP 2.7.0.0 using FireFlash, everything ok so far.
I downloaded on the internal memory the ROMS Liquid Smooth 4.4.4 and CM-11 Nightly Build.
I restarted the Kindle in recovery mode, did the necessary wipes for Liquid Smooth and flashed it.
I rebooted the Kindle and got suck on the Liquid Smooth logo animation.
I restarted in TWRP mode again and wiped everything, this time I flashed CM-11 and then rebooted.
Now it's stuck on the Kindle Fire blue boot logo.
What could I be doing wrong here, I don't know what else can I flash that will start up.
I appreciate any advise.
Thanks
Guys, I flashed CM-11 AGAIN and rebooted it, took a while on the kindle fire blue logo and then the cyanogem mod logo appeared, took some time and it BOOTED!
Thanks everyone!

I have the same problem. How long does it take?
EDIT: 10 Minutes later. Still stuck. I have reflashed quite a few times now. I have checked the md5 on the device with adb. I have no idea what I can do next.
EDIT: Okay guys. It took like literally 15 Minutes. F* me.
I recently rooted and installed cyanogenmod on my kindle fire hd 7, and It has been working pretty much fine. I have been using a few months old version of CM and I figured I would just update it to the latest version (not nightly). I did the download and it installed, then I rebooted and it has been stuck on the boot animation since yesterday. I've turned it off and back on, every time when it gets to the cyanogenmod logo animation it just never stops. I did catch it once about a few minutes into the animation, my lock screen popped up for about a second, then the boot animation continued. I'm a noob when it comes to this stuff, please help.
Boot into recovery and restore your last nandroid backup. You did make a backup, right?
