INSTRUCTIONS
PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE INSTALLING
Caution The Battery of your Phone's Battery should have 70% or more
1. Download and copy iAlexander_v1.2b.zip to your USB Storage/SD Card
2. Get GT-S5300 CWM Recovery HERE and Put it to your USB Storage/SD Card
I used vM00's v3f(non permanent)
3.Turn off and Go to your phone recovery mode POWERBTN+VOL UP+HOME BTN
4.Go to Apply Update from SDCard
5.Choose your CWM Recovery ZIP
6.Back Up your Current ROM(for emergency purposes) through backup and restore option
7.Choose Wipe Data/Factory Reset
8.Choose Wipe Cache Partition
9.Choose Install Zip from SDCard
10.Choose iAlexander_v1.2b.zip
11. After installing Reboot Your System!
12. You now have iAlexander v1.2b ROM

Hello, ur rom is awesome and looks outstanding I have a recommendation and a small bug report
- It would be really awesome if you used the ICS dialer and contacts as the stock's are really annoying
- I hope you add walkman player as a default because it's handy more than the one you had used
the small bug : I'm using the espier notification bar and when I turn on my phone the " Media scanner is running " stays there forever unless I clear it

one more thing that I've forgotten please try to change the black font color in menus i.e when you long tap on a music file the background of the menu is blue and the font is black it causes a small problem cause I use the screen brightness at 9% so it's hard to read so please change the font's color
- there is an awesome music player (fusion music player) I think it's better than the walkman app

Only if its deodexed, use this tool

and then use acpatcher or zdunes layouts to modify necessary apps. Then you can flash it.

Sure, I'll first ask miroslav for permission, and then mod SDSL.
Quick idea: instead of the things three user should do after installing, you could provide a cwm/Twrp backup to make it easier for the users. And fantastic work man (as I saw soft-mod I got wild but actually it looks great)

Yeah, I also had the same idea, but the problem is, as -Grift- said, with the layout, if you only flash system and boot with the layouts it will loop like hell, showing some fatal errors in logcat.
I have to test more, and I'll ask Achep, he ought to know how to fix that problem.
Found out a bug with QuickPic, reinstall it manually to make it work, will be fixed in the next version.

If i already use tejas build three, do i have to make a full wipe, or just dalvik and cache?

When you enter that code, then press that light blue coloured centre circle to apply settings.
And for the WiFi I can't test right now, it should work, try to reboot your phone and router.

Nothing special there IMO. Just added some apps, you can do this easiely with CM7 Theme chooser ICS theme, plus setting Holo from lockscreen option in CM7 Settings, installing GO Launcher with ICS theme too. Sound can be flashed with zip, wallpapers are then already part of Go Launcher theme.

I didn't make this to be special, we all know that if you want to dev for real, first of all you need knowledge of C and Java and structure of Android itself. I don't know any of those, except basic knowledge of C.

Installation of BouDzDroid V2,5
--First Of All Download CWM
Download ROM and Copy to SD Card.
--Shut Down Your Phone then press volume up +home button+power button will button click apply zip from sd
--After your finish from CWM goto choose update file and choose rom file wait finish
--Then Clear user data wipe dalvik etc..
--Boot your phone normally now long press on background and choose wallpaper>Live wallpaper>S3 Live wallpaper
--Then press option button on homescreen and press launcher setting>drawer setting scrool down to Drawer transparency set to 50 or what u want

Why this rom is based in XXLA2? The newest roms are sucks to create custom rom? This rom has latest Rafaels kernel? The toggle buttons like acecream rom look be better than stock. If you fix the bugs i'll test your rom . Anyway thx for credits to me . Sorry for my bad english.

I Randomly Chose A Stock Rom ,,Yes it Does,ok il pm u when im done but just i figured out that when u go to setting it gets to bootloop and it doesn't take any screenshots im working on those and their also problems in mms...etc

Sounds great, but what do you mean "JellyBean Lock (download Holo Locker From Market)". Because on any rom (from what I know) can have JellyBean Lock if we download Holo Locker. Does this rom have something in plus, or what? It would be great if so...

Oh, thanks for the fast answer. Yes, I knew that. I just thought this rom has it's own lockscreen type, or something. I wish somebody would develope someday a really nice lockscreen (the rotary and other look boring at max), like Holo Locker, but integrated into the rom (in framework-res.apk, or something). Using a custom application for locksceen may cause problems (batterry drain - or like in my case Holo Locker does not always load, after pressing hardware button for lock I have to wait aprox. 30 seconds for Holo Locker to load, If I immediately press menu button, I can see that my phone it's not locked. Only after a few seconds it is.).

Installation (Thanks LaCroyx)
Flashing instructions:
1. Make sure you have charged your phone
2. You need a rooted phone (If you don't have a rooted phone please follow this link: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1329360)
3. Back-up all your apps and important stuff. Titanium back-up is very popular, but I myself use Go back-up which I find to be easier to use
( here is a link of go back-up: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.jiubang.go.backup.pro ) I recommend the free version (Is better
Than paid version in my opinion)
4. After you have done the back-up, if done with go back-up, go to internal memory and copy the back-up data to the sd card (GOBackup folder, select allbackup and
copy this folder on your sd card)
5. Copy Energybean rom on your sd card as well
5. Reboot in recovery (If you have a 4-way reboot menu simply press power button for 3 seconds and select reboot, than reboot in recovery; If you don't have
this option go in recovery via 3 button combination: Volume up + home key + power button; just keep them pressed until the phone restarts and you see the
galaxy note logo)
Good now we are in recovery:
6. Wipe data/Factory reset
7. This step is optional and is only for those that have OCD: wipe clean install for a new rom
8. Wipe cache
9. Wipe dalvik cache
Now go to mounts and storage:
10. Format cache
11. Format system
12. Format data
13. Format preload
NOW THIS STEP IS OTPIONAL AS WELL BUT I STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOU DO THIS IN ORDER TO HAVE A NICE CLEAN, BUGLESS FLASHING EXPERIENCE:
14. FORMAT EMMC (THIS IS THE INTERNAL MEMORY AND YOU WILL LOOSE ALL YOUR DATA, THAT'S WHY I RECOMMENDED SAVING EVERYTHING ON YOUR SD CARD)
15. Go to your sd card to the folder you previously saved the rom and FINALLY FLASH IT!
16. Reboot and enjoy your new rom.
If you didn't format the emmc please don't come screaming of bugs and whatnot, I personally tested flashing with and without this step and there is clearly a
difference both in smoothness, lag free and bug free.

Yes, it is multilanguage. But my extra options are in Spanish. With a little time, translate into more languages.

I like the smoothness of the rom but I prefer the original jb windows animation. I experience the energy bean animation from vk ics roms. Other than that, I like the rom. I would stay longer with the rom with the orig jb animations.

In settings/Energy Bean / Energy Store, there is a zip to remove animations and leave the originals.

Lately I made a port of one of the best ROMs of Galaxy Y!*
So far, it has just some minor bugs which maybe in the future will be fixed.

Installation Guide
1. Download the Rom zip file .
2. put the zip on your sd card.
3. Switch off your phone and reboot into stock/cwm recovery.
4. Wipe data and cache.
5. Flash the rom zip file.
6. Wipe data and cache.
7. Reboot the system and you are good to go.

After installing reboot your phone. Don't worry if Bootlogo stays all the way! It's just a bug which will be fixed later. If you hear Nexus Bootanmiation sound after 1 minute after rebooting than your device isn't bricked. If you don't, it is bricked and you must flash a custom frimware based upon your county or not via ODIN.

Breaking News : Just found out how to fix bootanimation bug. With root explorer go to build.prop and on the last line make it 0 or delete it ( Ain't sure about deleting because it will cause bootloop :/ )

If it would be the same then your phone would look like LDPI screen with full of bugs!
Also I have fixed many bugs. It is very smooth! Compared to x3 It is ultra! I am gonna edit and release another improvemented versions. I will fix all those minor bugs and normal ones.

The only important bug for now is that you don't have bootanimation :/
You have GT-S5830i Bootlogo all the time till it boots. First time i tried i thought it was bricked but when i heard Nexus bootanimation sound than i got it.
Any IDEA?
I tried everything. Changing bootanimation. FIles in xbin of bootanimation..??
So did you fix the Phone.apk FC bug ?
REDKAT - Stock ( without GEL ) HALO , PIE , Rooted ,odexed, modules...

HOW TO INSTALL AND GET MODULES WORKING
- Make sure you have the latest CWM or TWRP recovery
- Copy the Rom zip file to Internal Storage
- Backup your files and data (if you like, backup Data, System and Boot with Recovery)
- If this is your first time on it and want a clean install to get no errors , Wipe Dalvik Cache, Format System, Data, Cache (and if you are on TWRP, after this, go to Mount and uncheck System to get no errors
- Flash the Rom & restart
- if u got problem with root flash UPDATE-SuperSU
- BusyBox prob... just update it and soft reboot
- After u finished with booting your ROM,open Xposed Installer and press Framework
- Install/Update - OK
- Soft reboot
- again open Xposed Installer , press Modules and check GravityBox
- do Soft reboot again
- open your GravityBox and customize your ROM
- if u want more modules, just go to Xposed Installer and click on Downloads and chose what u like...

i hope you could add halo on it too, so it'll be awesome along with the PIE. By the way can u add odex one on this too? as an option for download?

it should work but u need to install Xposed framework to get it working
