I open root explorer n want to delete some files on /system/ but i cant. And there is a notification "delete failed".

Which option you choose? I choose option 4. Infuzion kernel with vM00 recovery.
Try to create a folder in /system/ using rootex. Copy build.prop into the folder. Then, delete the file again file. and delete the folder. it can be deleted or failed ?

i now see.. thanks for reporting that i probably will not notice that becuase i dont make xtra folders in /system/ .. now i have found whats causing that and fixed it.. i will update download link as soon as i finish uploading

Thank you for the quick response, I'll' wait for updates the kernel. Oh ya. One more, one of my friends who use this kernel says that he cant download apps from playstore. Always error when to download on PS. I have not checked but maybe you can try it.

bro i tried your kernel I think it didn't fit well with my ROM the status bar was gone. and even the USB mode. i'm gonna try to reinstall the 14 toggle status bar.

maybe you didnt sign all apk on the rom? they should have the same signature especially when adding modifications llike the 14 toggles.. try it. maybe that will solve the problem. that probably caused the problem but i dunno.hehe.cos that was the problem i faced bfore when i was making a rom and the problem was not kernel related. hope i helped

Ok, so I fixed the activity issue. you know "some activities cant be launched(happens when adding gaccount, notes, sms(when going in thread view), browser, etc)"
Modded phone.apk to fix mic now I get fcs (phone and sms)
I know some mates that can do some team graphics
I found out that Overclock using SetCPU will crash the rom, and there is no way to fix it unless wipe everything and reflash :| but that's a minor bug, the rom is quite smooth at 600Mhz.
WE should make a teams for this like this team for miui then team for kernel also ICS Aosp etc
Mic in call is fixed!!

Oh and I just got a message from TMinh telling me that he fixed 'keyboard bottom not showing' error.. The only thing left is mediascanner which somehow works in Tan's port but doesnt work in mine... anyway we are planning to merge these and we soon are gonna upload a beta(hopefully tomorrow, or the day after)

I think its not his fault,i think i screwd up sometnig with dpi anyway i will reflash and post resoults ;D
Keyboard bug is there when i disable tablet UI tweaks If i dont touch settings and mod only pad.prop the whole rom is great and fast

Hi Smileydroid, Thank you for the apk. It is for me first time the replace a file. So please can you tell to which folder do I have copy or move the file? Is it system/app? And do I set permission on the app folder or on the settings.apk?

1st delete settings.apk from system/app folder
then put the that i uploaded here
after that set permisions to settings.apk ++-+-+-
and thats it

Double combo?
Check which one can get root access and if one of them works, delete the non-functional one but if two of them works then atleast delete one.

Q 1: After flashing TouchHD my battery drains much faster. What can I do?
A: Please charge your battery to 100%, boot your device in ClockworkMod Recovery and go to Advanced ---> Wipe Battery Stats. Also see Question 7.

A: Make A Full Wipe if its slow REPORT at thread and Ill Fix the UI
Q 3: Market Cannot DownloadA: Go to Settings apps and clear market data

Q 5: Is there any alternative for SetCPU? I think it slows downy my phone.A: You can application called No-frills. Remember to check "Allow on boot" option.Q 6: After flashing TouchHD My Device is NOT stable A: Clear dalvik and Wipe data as possible

Q 8: Do I need to wipe data partition when upgrading from old version of TouchHD? A: I always recommend wiping data partition but it's absolutely necessary only if I mention that in the changelog. But normally you can live without it.
Wipe data partition if you experience any issues.
Q 9: I have some strange issues with my ROM that nobody reported before. What should I do in first place?A: In first place you should check, if the MD5 Checksum is correct. Then flash ROM again and see if the issue is gone. A lot of strange issues can be solved this way.Q 10: I had SetCPU installed on TouchHD, then I flashed new version of TOUCH HD and SetCPU doesn't work any more. How to fix it? A: Please reinstall SetCPU.
Q 11: I can't send/receive MMS or I can't connect with mobile data connection. How can I fix it?A: Please check your MMS settings or mobile data connection APN settings.Q 12: My phone got random freezes or reboots. How can I fix it? A: Every CPU is different. It seems that your CPU doesn't like OC or UV (undervolt). Set your CPU to default 1GHz.
If it doesn't help, then you need to flash default kernel from the second post.

Some battery life advice:
1.Disable Google account sync - only sync when you add a new Contact or want to read your Gmail,
2.Keep Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GPS disabled until you really need them,
3.Check to see if your kernel isn't overclocking your CPU - some kernels automatically 'clock' the chip from the moment the phone turns on,
4.Check your display settings re: kernel - some settings can run 'display enhancers' that make your graphics look great whilst chewing battery,
5.Disable Fast Dormancy for your modem - there's plenty of threads/posts about this,
6.Go into Settings->Apps and make sure there aren't a heap of apps running in background (Task Manager helps with this 'apps killing' too)

Here is the tip how to get the persistent theme at first start :
Type this in build.prop :
persist.sys.themeId=XperiaZui
persist.sys.themePackageName=com.enwno.theme.xperiazui
You have to put the exact name of the theme to work .

the entries are allready enter from begin but it doesn't work.... i don't know what i'm doing wrong
i found why the theme doesn't get applied at first boot
because the app is not with the same name like is typed in build.prop
you see
persist.sys.themeId=TouchWiz 5.0 <-- you typed here the name of the app but the file is not writed with this name
you need to rename the app with that name you had typed at first entry.
at themeId you write the name of the file
at themePackageName you write the name of the package.
i hope you got it now
