Hi excuse me, I've bought Xperia V since friday ago. I've got upgraded into Jelly Bean. For example, I want to root Xperia V with stock JB ROM and locked bl. How ? Is it possible ? Or What ?

Instead of starting a new thread I'll use this one, if you Tweet, then tweet SonyXperiaDev and tell them to do more in regards to rooting and BL unlocking.

i bought an xperia TX from the US then shipped it to my current country (Jordan - middle east (Asia))
it has Android 4.0.4 when i tried to update it to JellyBean via SUS it said that i already have the latest update(wtf)?
any solutions how to install official Jelly Bean? or at least how to root it?

Yes! You can flash any Xperia Z firmware to any models. You gotta remember to uncheck the baseband if you want to keep the radio for the SO-02E.

What I have:
* LT30p of 4.3 not rooted with the ability to unlock the bootloader.
And now ... As with a 2 TTka in my career, I have a dilemma. I had a room on the previous xperiment and did not complain but now at 4.3 at present I lack only the root. From what I read at the moment root for 4.3 is quite imperfect therefore abstains from work.
And the question to you as no 4.3 what?
Want to have the opportunities offered by the root but also wants a stable system.
any suggestions
If you have an unlockable bootloader, you can unlock and install the leaked kernel + su package
