Need sim-toolkit apk for O4X - LG Optimus 4X HD

After installing Zaiben Z03 ROM, which im allmost happy with, realised that its missing SIM-TOOLKIT, which is essential for me to use my phone daily.
Does anybody have the apk, what I could push to the phone again, to have it operational?

[SOFTWARE]GOOGLE Stuffer - FOR BARE BONE ROMS

Howdy Ho
Right then with all the controversy with GOOGLE not being happy with cyan distributing there apps with his roms....
I HAVE THE SOLUTION
This Software will Take a BARE BONES ROM (no google apps included) and will basically aslong as you have a back up copy of these google apps will UnZip the ROM, Stuff it with your backup apps, ReZip the ROM and SIGN it so you have a fully fleshed out ROM to go out and update
Just to add this is just a test app to demonstrate a method to combat google threats make sure u check back when cyan releases bare bone app for update
HAPPY DAYS
http://www.megaupload.com/?d=F5STCYJN
Wow that's awesome! Great job Will test it out once cyan releases bare-bones 4.2
just download it !thanks .great work .how do you make it work and copy your google apps for back up ? will this work on hero roms if they strip down to ?thanks for your time and work

Does this only do Google Apps ?
or can it account for proprietary HW Manufacturers supplied files as well???
~enom~
There are four simple steps on how to use the program which you will see once you open it, you must already have the google apps backed up as i cannot distribute them(obviously lol) but there are scripts available around here which will pull all the google apps from your current rom and back them up, i may include this next time i get a chance to program
Glad to see we are already getting solutions to bypass Google's lockdown. Just happy that I already have the ROM with the new market and YouTube

it will push whatever apps you have backed up into system/app then zip it up and sign it ready for updating. tho i would not place any old app in there because it will save them all in the phones memory
Nice going. :]

You need to coordinate with Farmatito and his thread <HERE>. He has developed a script that backs up all the necessary files. But they don't all exist in /system/app. We need to all coordinate on these things so that effort doesn't end up getting duplicated and wasted.
This should be migrated into CM-Updater
Does this mean everybody is happy again?

Good point i think if were going to use an app to do this we will need to pull in all our efforts together so we can have the full monty in one app,
just looking through that script though and im wondering if it is actually necessary to pull all of those apps? i think it would be necessary to chat with cyan to get the specific apps that he will be removing from his roms, but this is a start.... at the moment this app is useless as there are no bare bone roms lol but its a light in the right direction

For the backing up part its just a matter of updating the lists of files and
the name of the archive. The infrastructure, error checking and testing
is already there. The needed binaries (zip) are compiled and tested.
BTW do you prefer zip or tar.gz archives (can do both) ?

i used criskelo, its awesome but i was facing whatsapp problem there and in beginning i was facing internet problems.but by far it is good as its too huge and takes a lot time to flash.
i used cm9 also but thats sucks.no my files nothing like that.
i used paranoid android, and it was really awesome.seriously awesome bro with tablet mode.hybrid mode is real player.but i was facing miss call notification problem in that.but it good and small in file size.
so lastly i decided to come back to ics 4.0.4 with root(notecore kernel) and guess what i love it.you have call recording in this and battery also lasts a day.
so i will suggest you for the stock.better you know.

thanks for the suggestion !! noted
i like the awesome and tiresome work by the rom developers.
my heartfelt appreciation and respect.
but i have one complaint from most of them,
why do they remove the basic functions such as the task manager and file manager
i mean these are 2 very important functions.
also in some other rom i saw that camera had been deleted.
ridiculous
pardon my language but i was pissed off
i mean i come across a beautiful n stable rom but these functions are not there
why?
pls rom chefs kindly do not remove these important stuffs
btw i have a galaxy note and after trying evry JB rom available and all other ics roms i have settled on Chracks rom fir its functions and mods
i request the modder to pls make his rom available in same fashion for jb
btw sorry for offtopic
regards
ps- my sincere request to pa Utacka to pls make his rom with my files and task swapper n tw
regards again

I just want a clean stock rom

Iv been using several different roms in the last year. But none seem to work properly. So my phone is rooted etc.
I just want a clean stock rom without anything that is not necessay, not a rom that wants my Z1 to pretend to be an Z3. And not stock filled with crap.
What rom do you guys recommend me to get? A small guide would be good. i just want a stable phone that is working.
Thank you guys!

Its not Clean, but stock based Rom and you can clean it with Theme Kitchen
And try this Theme Kitchen
Slimkat never fails man extremely lightweight and never had problems...it is not stock based though so camera kinda takes a hit but if you don't use it that much it's so worth it

I will try your rom. just need to get some time as this takes always some hours to get everything back up again. even with titanium backup.
Hope you will like this
My recommendation (And what I'm using):
- Stock .157 (downloaded with xperifirm) rooted and XZDualRecovery installed.
- Deodex:

That's it! I have a stable phone, without crap and a few cool mods installed.

Golden Eye v52 for the s4 active (WIP)

im not responsible for anything you do to your phone.
you need flash fire installed on your phone to make this work
i have made GoldenEye v52 5.0.1 run on our phones here is the guide for now im crunched on time so i will just give you the guide to go from 5.0.1 stock to 5.0.1 GoldenEye
the masterpatch i made has issues with the camera. i belive the other master patch does also but i will link it here anyways
go to the golden eye page and download the rom
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2313469
download the updaterscript attatchment from this post and the masterpatchlolipopbeta ( or try the other one here http://forum.xda-developers.com/gal...update-to-i537oc6-5-0-1-t3089355/post60376229 )
OPEN do not extract the GE zip file (using winrar or 7zip)
navigate to META-INF\com\google\android
delete everything in that directory
copy one of the updaterscripts and updaterbinarys from the attatched files into that directory
now close that file.
copy the goldeneye zip and the masterpatch you choose to use to your phone
open flashfire
set up a wipe (select all but internal storage)
select goldeneye zip
select masterpatch zip
make sure flashfire puts them in that order.
flash it.
the rom takes forever to start up the first time. if it is over 20 mins shut the phone off and turn it back on then it should boot up a little faster.
the superuser in this rom is weird. you need to go to settings in SU and and set it to always grant it is a problem with this rom not from me
thanks to the developers of goldeneye and thanks to thisisapoorusernamechoice for the base to make my masterpatch.
like i ssaid the only thing i can confirm nonworking is the camera. but once a better masterpatch comes out it will be fixed
dont forget to hit thanks if this post has helped you in anyway please.

If I flash this and don't like it can I just flash the stock rooted lollipop? The camera thing is the only thing holding me back because I do use that. I have no problem trying a different camera to see if it works but if it doesn't I want to be able to go right back to the stock rooted rom. Thanks for the info also.

I've been reading to try to deodex lollipop. I've found a few batch tools but haven't gotten them to work. Can't you take the app, private app, and framework folders out of golden eye and put into stock rom? Thats what I was going to try. There's a batch tool called Joel Droid for deodex lollipop roms. I just put onto my computer but didn't try yet. Keep me posted if you deodex the stock rom. I want to try to theme some things.

first try unsucessful. apparently some files in framework folder were never deodexed eventhough it said they were. im going through and swapping them with ones from goldeneye to see if i can get it to work
. if that dosent work i will try to deodex those files manually tomorow. i have wicked slow upload speeds so i would have to wait till monday to go to the library to upload it if i get it working. thats the downside of not having my own internet and using a neighbors..lol

Ok just keep me posted, thanks. What rom did you put into joel droid to deodex it? I can maybe try myself also.

Stock System.UI help please!

Hello, Everyone!
I am new to XDA and I have to say I'm loving it!
I know a bit of hacking and such but for the life of me I can't grasp the concept of decompiling or recompiling apk's, i know how to do it but i get lost when it comes to editing.
I am on the new Note 4 (SM-N910T3) and every rom i've seen released for it either has 3minit battery, potato clock ect ect...
Personally i am more of a stock guy and I just want the DOG1 Stock system UI. Stock clock, stock battery, stock drop down.
Is there any way for me to acquire this? Any way i can pull it from the stock MD5 file or a place that has the stock files?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
SIDE NOTE: Does anyone know why when i boot the phone up, stock or custom rom I always get like one vibration and then 3 vibrations... not a big deal really but its just something i noticed
You can maybe get it from here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=62368968
I haven't tried it but it looks like he posted a pure stock version of DOG1

Hmmm, Haven't seen that one, maybe i can make a backup of my current rom and flash this to rip the system UI. Thanks.
I was thinking maybe just download the ROM and pull the systemui apk out of the ROM zip. Then possibly you can replace your existing one with the stock one using a file manager. Not 100% sure if that would work because of force close issues.. you'd have to be able to set the permissions in time and then reboot. In any case, make a backup first for sure!
