hi all, I'd like to customize my XZ but i dont know what's the better rom now (without bug or with camera working), anyone know this?
I suggest krapple revolution Rom, it's stable and his Roms is great.
Or CM if you want stock android app, but might be unstable.

Yes, if you choose revolution you probably better wait. The dev wrote that a new version is coming today.
OP, you shouldn't ask about the best rom, you should try and see for yourself.

IDK because i need a stable rom with working camcorder and also a good cam. I dont flashed it.
I'm currently on Beta3 VenomInc, but its still beta and you need to wair for the offical relase. There isnt a ETA so dont ask.

Flash another Radio, Cm7 #146 is stable, and has a working 8.0 cam, but not as good as sense cam.

Gentlemen there isn't such thing like best rom , kernel or whatever.Is absolutely subjective.
Try them for yourself and decide which one suits your needs better.

Can somebody please explain the differences between carbon ROM & CM? All the 4.4 ROMs look/feel the same to me apart from the awful sounds in carbon ROM.
I appreciate all the hard work the devs put in to making the ROMs. Iv been using maclaws 4.4 since initial release & its perfect for my needs.

I'm only asking for the main differences between them.
Back in the days of 4.1 ROMs dmod etc all the ROMs were very different. Now they don't seem that way.

I think that they are very different in the settings but their interface is the same cause they are all basedon the aosp project. If you want to see the differences search videos read the Rom posts or just download them and try them both....

i can't compare them but i can tell you both are different from system as other roms are different from scripts, smoothness etc, etc. This is the same case if you want to know wich rom is better we can't help you with that but we can recommend you one

you say back in 4.1 days you know these roms existed in those days its only last year ok ,dmod is by mr dariolob its just only mod name
but cm carbon aokp pac my favorite miui these are large communities for different devices officially they does not support our phone
but thanks to maclaw and thehacka1 we got them unofficially
but dmod is a classic rom for touchwiz lovers

i think 534 on 4,2,2 but on 4.3 i like the baltic rom ,hope this helps, regards joe

I see what you're saying, but I'm not asking for the 'best' ROM. I'm asking about the most mature ROM. That's not a subjective question.
Most phones with a decent following have official CM support. For example, since CM 11 is under development, one can usually go with a stable version of CM 10, but that doesn't seem to exist for the Z1?
I went through the threads here on XDA and couldn't find a definitive answer.
I still think it's a little subjective as certain people don't know how to flash it correctly and then something appears buggy. Modified honami is a great room if you want stock based. Personally, even though beanstalk is beta, I find it extremely stable and it's cm 11 based. The only issue I had was getting Netflix to work and that's just because the Netflix app doesn't like kit Kat roms. There's a work around though.

I see a lot of roms on the forum but I am unsure of what is the best and no bugs.
