I think I could provide a non root solution. But it would create 2 types of settings app on your phone. Not 100% sure on this though...
What is you solution?

Isn't there an option in settings>display and buttons and gestures to set a capacitive button as menu? I'm running a port of the One on my HTC Evo LTE, but don't know if official gas it or if our devs just threw it in. I know it existed in the sense 4 software.

Root your phone, unlock bootloader and install custom recovery, then install XPOSED framework and install the menu button mod. Otherwise install a custom Rom with the setting enabled.
Or if you don't want to do any hacking, wait for HTC to possibly fix this.

No it will not, but there is a way to get it on ics. (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1747224)
You can use that if you want Google now. It works fine on our phone. I tested it, just follow instructions there and make sure you got the requirements.
I have got a flashable zip. PM if you want it.

We are currently beta testing a new version built off of Tapatalk4. Shouldnt take more than a few weeks to work out the bugs and post it.

I reinstalled the app, still the same.. couldn't get full till the bottom. Maybe it's because you are using premium version ?

Yeah that might be the cause. Probably the 'blank' area of yours should pop-up an ad or something.

If a new post appears in the last position of the page (the 10th one), quite often going back to that topic will take me to the top of the page. A minor but annoying feature.
Any better forum to post bug reports?
Does this phine have the ability to seperate focus & exposure without having to move to meter.
I or know you can touch to focus & it also takes exposure reading from that area. But can you seperate them either with the stock or third party camera app.,.?
I have got a galaxy s4 & it cant do this. Coming from iOS this is a step back.
I havent been able to find any info about this anywhere online
I am considering swapping my s4 for the one if it can do this.
Thanks

Hi guys,
I really do love my HTC One but the vibration intensity is way too strong and I'd like to reduce it. I'm running Android 4.4 and can't find a setting to change it. Furthermore I couldn't find an app to get the job done. Can you guys help me out on this one?

Trickster MOD app has this setting.

Is there a way to reduce it without having to root my phone?
It's a kernel function, so no, not without root.
