First - apologies for my ignorance as I'm new to the Windows Phone family.
Has anyone been able to port Windows Phone to work on the HTC One?

Guys & Girls
I recently heard that Nokia-Symbian has turned its OS as an open source. Is it possible to run the symbian on HTC Touch Viva ? As we are trying to run Android on Opal. Since Symbian Also is an open source now. can any one try building rom in symbian also.
Tries are appreciated.
Thank you

Hey Mr.zeus,
Yes Symbian is now open for all.
check ou this website which i found on searching.
***.symbianos.org/intro
and if you can read the article.
***.mashable.com/2010/02/04/symbian-open-source/
I dont know any of the development members in this forum.
Let them know about this.
It could be helpful in developing a new OS for Pocket PC's
I hope this would help somehow in developing a new OS.
Thanking you,
With Reagards.

I just wanted to ask around if someone in here got the new update with Internet sharing yet. Would be very appreciated if someone would upload it. Thanks!
IS it from microsoft or htc?
There wasn't any update with Internet Sharing for HTC mobiles.
There should be one for HTC HD7. That's why I'm asking...

The first computer I had in the early eighties was a Tandy TRS80 with 16K of memory linked to a cassette recorder and a B/W TV. but really only into portable devices with the purchase of a used HTC XDA. Quite a revelation then!

Actually XDA was a line made by HTC with more than 10 different models created exclusively for UK operator O2
And from there the founders of our beloved site took the name as in that time HTC was making the best and most advanced devices, the XDA line
