As far as I know, Sony dialers usually refers to the Xperia S dialers. The one in the screenshot is the GB dialer from Sony Ericsson. Yes it is available as you can see many custom ROMs includes this but I don't know till what they work fine

Hi Everyone!! we (My brother and I - The JLRC Team) Just started as developers and we thought theming would be a nice idea to start off. It's been quite a while and we feel like we're not getting anywhere with the people. so we've been thinking about what are we doing wrong. We realized that our themes were kind of useless... Having all those images around and stuff was not really worth it and no one seems to be liking it much.. That's why we decided to take a different approach and look at what we've got:
