Wich phone should i take?

I have to choose between these phones i want to use it for Gaming, Browsing on internet,Performance and at least 2 year of use

Xperia has better GPU and HTC has better CPU and the tegra 2 has not really the worse GPU but not all games are optimized for tegra 2
