Hello,
just one question, with JB 4.1 we have win a fonctionality (possibility of grouping call numbers), i can't find the same fonctionnality in cyanogen, it's a forgetting or it's a specific position of developers team ?
With 10H rom, i've used gocontact, but if it's possible to use the native interface to avoid a change in the interface of my phone (i don't want differences when i use the call app aor the rest of app's)
Thanks
David

Hi.
I'm posting here as I don't have enough posts to do it in Android development thread.
I've flashed to Insanity ROM and like it a lot. The only question I have, is where the call recordings located?
Also, if I have changed to another dialer, is there any way I can enable the recordings (which are done via Insanity dialer), or I need to re-flash the ROM to get the default dialer back?
Thanks.
Anyone can shed some light on this?
Dear all,
I'm currently making my own rom, and need advices..
The fact is that it's based on CM10.2 and i planned to add 2 or maybe 3 more options in mms.apk.
First is a backup/restore option, and 2nd is the possibilities to schedule messages.
Maybe the ability to lock/protect sms/mms with password or pattern...
Can anyone point me to the good direction, or maybe a guide ?
Thanks,
Cheers !
Guys, do anyone here knows about a mod that let me "grab" a number in a sms, what i mean is that the only thing of the stock that i really miss is the underline numbers. For example: my boss send me a sms/whatsapp/viber.... with "joel, call 888888888 and ask for...." in the stock that number will be underlined and in blue and you actually can copy or call directly, in carbon / cm / anyother ... is not aviable.
again the question is, do anyone know about a mod that let me do that? ( and i really think this is an option that have to be in every rom xD )

pls go through the "gyokovsolutions" site and find this link "G-NetTrack phone measurement capabilities survey" (as a junior member, i cant post web links here )then u can see the diff handsets and their capabilities in measurement of diff parameters.GT-i9070 has only limited capabilities.so i cant use G-Net Track application for the real purpose (drive test). every handset is working on the same principle and has almost same hardware (for network operations), but why this limitations appear only for some handsets. my question is " how can i overcome this limitations in measurement capabilities" of my handset. at least tell me the reason for this limitations(forgive my bad English)
I recommend you to ask such a questions in the original thread of development.

I am not sure does it work on Carbon that you are using, but on AOSPA, KitKat version seems to work.
What you can do? (I see you like coloring. ) Try some other ROM. And do factory reset when you change ROM if you did not before.
@arunkr83, I did a test right now on Carbon rom and on the latest build it really doesn't work ... I tried it on Slimkat, no problem at all, the app runs normal ... I don't know what causes this ... I switched already back to Slimkat, so, if it is possible make a logcat and provide it to the CarbonDev Team please ... I don't think it is caused by the device source, because I am using the same things like on Slimkat ...
Hello everyone. This is my first post on this forum. I've read many helpful posts here and finally decided to join.
I am looking for a Windows phone that can automatically record calls. I don't have a Windows phone to work with so I am open to all suggestions. I am not concerned with the make, model, or version of the phone and the Windows it is running as long as it records calls and is a Windows phone. I am OK with rooting it, custom ROMs, and any modifications necessary.
I also need it to automatically back up my recordings to a server eg. Dropbox as well as automatically back up the text messages on a regular interval over WiFi.
I know I can do it much easier on an Android phone but I like Windows phone more than Android. I know I can get a custom launcher for Android but that didn't work out wery well for me.
Or if there is a custom ROM for Android phones that looks and functions exactly like Windows phone but is running on Android I will go that route. I already know how to do call recording on Android.
Thank you for all your help.
There is no app for that. I found answer "1. Recording calls without the other party's consent is illegal in most western countries. Hence no in built recorder. U can download apps that record." from Microsoft Community under "Call Recording Windows Phone 8" topic. Sorry, Im new so I cant post link.
