Camera Shots, Let's see them!

Hey guys! Just thought this would be an interesting thread if we can get it going.
Do you like taking pictures with your phone? Post your best pic that was taken with your LG Revolution. There are some rules though:
1. Picture must be taken with the STOCK CAMERA.
2. Please only post 1 picture at a time.
3. Please post what settings you changed.
4. Try to include where you were taking the picture and what it is.
5. No nudity, lets keep it clean.
6. It HAS to be a picture that YOU took, not one from the internet.
I'll start it off in the 2nd post then everyone can take it from there. Let's see what you got!!!

Terrible battery life

Hmm this is just kinda disturbing. Is Facebook really that much of a battery hog? And could anything else be draining it so bad?

Yea my screen has always taken about that much of my battery. I hear about people going a day and a half without charging their phones. I'm like, are they just not using it that whole time or what?

Yes, we don't use it at night. And we're not facebook junkies. I can only suggest finding black themed FB app, it will decrease screen usage drain.

That would help. Everything else on my phone is black themed. Even my wallpaper is just a completely black JPEG I created in Paint lol If it didn't have to completely reload everything from scratch whenever you change screens it would help too.

I can send you a black version of facebook but its the older look not the newer look. Also Im surprised that I found someone that has worse battery life then me o.o
Do you have your screen brightness down all the way?

[Q]Longest amount of time that you have kept the same wallpaper on your phone/device?

I think I have changed the wallpaper five times on my Galaxy S3 within two weeks. It's gotten to the point where it is almost as bad as ROM flashing lol

The Steampunk Droid Live wallpaper stayed on my tablet for almost a month. Only changed it this morning.
I've had the same default wallpaper (002) on my phone for almost 2 years, though. It's not as if I can actually see much of it past all the Sense widgets..

I rarely changed my wallpaper, my stock JB wallpaper is used for months

I have to agree. I wasn't on the nexus but came from the og att note and wasn't even picking up lte. I'm in NE Ohio. I'll have to post a test once I get back in an LTE area.

I'm in the Orlando area and I'm happy as well with T-Mobile. Even though I get better speed readings this is a result i get from my house which the LTE is very weak.

The Most I've ever gotten was a 13Mbps down and recently it wont go past 7Mbps down and I know I have the APN correct, I just can't get it higher.

There's a lot of different factors that go into speed. Signal and network congestion are two of the biggest players. Congestion especially if the area hasn't been completely set up for LTE.

Yeah San Antonio just recently got full LTE and I'm now, [after flashing HoloBlur-X PurePerformance edition] I got it to pull almost 18Mbps down

Camera question

If you use the camera in almost complete darkness, do you have pink and blue around the edges of the screen?
I noticed this the other day and it concerned me. I had huge issues(as did lots of people) with my HTC One with pink in the camera, and don't want to end up with similar issues.
Might contact support for a replacement.

In low light, pointed at my green blanket, parts of the blanket will have a red tint. That's the only time I ever noticed it so it didn't concern me.

Set ISO to 800 and turn off HDR, face detection, image stabilization and all that stuff. It should help improve the quality a bit.

The pink in the middle issue is different.
I don't understand why these companies have such bad quality control when it comes to the camera. It seems to be a major issue with every manufacturer at some point.
