Yup it was confirmed by the developer that it will not work unless htc add some drivers in the 4.2.2 update

GTA3 is now out in the market and its running on the Vivid. A few stutters/slowdowns, but the game runs reasonably.

A service like hot spot shield app on your phone. There's a post somewhere on xda with a program that intercepts all pskcets and changes the useragent to be blank, which I did. Used over 10gb
