Title says it all. It's the a way to have a transparent dock while at the home screen? I'm currently running adw launcher and the Kindle fires built in dock doesn't flow.
Search for the thread on an app called Ninjamorph.

Hey guys,
A couple of questions. I have already fully rooted my Nook using z4root although I cannot find an update apk for astro. I have searched the forums and cannot seem to find one. Thanks in advanced.
Also, I am confused on how to enable multitouch if someone can clear that up too.
The Astro apk is attached
Go http://www.nookdevs.com/Portal:NookColor for all your nooks rooting need, including how to enable multitouch.
Also, I am having trouble with launcher pro. I cannot change any of the dock applications. Any thoughts?
You can't change the dock icons in Launcher Pro, that's why I use Zeam instead.
The only thing with Zeam is that the "home" icon is not centered. But at least you can change the dock icons and add shortcuts and widgets to your screens.

You can move the home icon and change the order of the apps by long pressing on them.

Not meaning to hijack this thread but does anyone know where I could download Zeam that is not the android market? My market app is not working correct for now for some reason.

I have searched the threads/posts for the droid x dock icons and the closest I have found is this thread but it's not what I am looking for as this link is the the whole dock and not the individual icons in the doc - [LP Dock Theme] Droid X dock started by laydros. Anyone know where I can find the dock icons for the DX to use with launcher pro plus?
Forgot to mention, that I know how to use the full dock background available in teh referenced post to display the dock icons using Launcher pro, which is how I have it set up now. Doing it this way I can not have a dock background since this is the background not to mention that I am limited to just the three icons in the dock and have the other vacant but would prefer to use them all.
For clarification, are you looking for just icons to use in the LP dock, so say, for email, browser, SMS, etc? Or are you looking for dock backgrounds?
Or none of the above?
I was using Launcher Pro almost a year and I really like it's dock bar but GO Launcher Ex is a way more powerful than LP.
I'd like to copy LP dock bar into GO Launcher Ex. Yes, I know, you can change dock and icons manually in the settings but it doesn't look the same as original. I even found all necessary images:

http://launcherpro.droidicon.com/sites/default/files/lpicons/camera_0.png

But as I said, that's not it. :/ Is there any theme or app for GO imitating LP dock bar? Or can you tell me how to extract original dock bar and icons from LauncherPro?
PS: I've noticed that you can assign one app only to one folder in app drawer in GO Launcher Ex, why? I was using FolderOrganizer on LP where you can assign labels (folders) to the app, so one app can be assigned to many folders. Is there any solution for that in GO drawer?

Launcher pro icons app, just download the ones you want, then in adw ex go to set custom dock, select it via gallery, quick pic or whatever, job done, same with icons, works perfect on mine, adw ex rocks

You don't have to quote my message if you're replaying just under my post.
I'm not using ADW Luncher... Well, I think you didn't read my post at all? By the way I already said in previous post that I downloaded all icons and set them manually in dock but I'm not happy with results.
Thanks, but you didn't help me.
I was just suggesting adw as it is more powerful than lp, and I always quote as someone may reply while I am writing! My apologies for trying to help name noted, I won't try in future due to your terse answer, all the best

Oh, don't be angry on me! I prefer GO Launcher Ex, I used to have ADW for some time but I went back to LP. Now is time for GO. The GO team makes pretty good apps and have great support.
Hymm, I think that I just must get used to new dock design.
Ok ok, peace dude

As you can see from my screen shot I'm using Nova launcher with the honeycomb google search icon. My question is can I get the file, maybe the apk for the honeycomb icon? So I don't have to use the Nova launcher

So, my Kindle Fire HD 7 is not rooted, but I've sideloaded Google Playstore and used the Launcher Hijack program to have Apex Launcher as the default launcher. But now I can't put widgets on the desktop. Everytime I try, it sends me to the tablet's settings screen. What setting needs to be changed to use widgets?
