I want this phone in black, but only the International Version (factory unlocked) is available. However... on the HTC website, the HTC One Unlocked has the correct AWS basebands. What gives? What basebands does this phone have?
Will it work with AT&T AWS? Thank you.

Please don't ignore this question I have tried my hardest to find the answer... I've even compared basebands between the HTC One Unlocked and the HTC One International Version and I can't seem to find the answer... Please help.
801e does not support LTE and it certainly will not support AWS (1700)

Guide - Unlock XT862 for T-mobile/ATT,
I followed this guide, and it seems to have disabled my cdma radio.
Is that right? or could it have been something else.

Does that mean I can no longer place it in CDMA mode with that radio flash?

Correct. You would have to flash back. They may be other steps to restoring cdma functionality, and probably restore the original build.prop

But natiusm
Thanks, I guess I will have to flash back.
The thing is, I need my droid on cricket, and on weekends I travel to mexico, and use a mexican telcel sim chip. Works fine, but when I cross back to the usa with the telcel sim chip, I can't roam with the telcel chip onto ATT network. I need to sometimes to receive calls and texts.
If anyone knows where I can find the verizon stock build.prop, to go back to stock, please let me know. thanks!
I am new to this so pardon me if I am asking a silly question. I have done some searching but was not able to find a definite answer to my question so wanted to ask the guru's here.
I wanted to know if I can update the radio on my AT&T HTC one with T-Mobile Radio (T-Mobile US 4A.14.3250.15_10.34.1150.02L (flashable Zip)) i downloaded from http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2342544, to enable the AWS band.
Also do I need to be rooted in order to flash the radio or can I even flash without root?
Steps would be really appreciated.
No if you would read there is already several threads on this and you would know you can't enable aws buy a one from t mobile if you want that band

Thnaks for the prompt reply
If so, what do I have to put in for the CID for it to work? And is there anything else I need to know for this to work?
I ask because I recently switched to T-Mobile and only get EDGE (2G) data speeds.
Yes I do have S-OFF, root, and an unlocked bootloader.

Yes, because the ATT version unlocked is the same as the international (unbranded) version. Your CID would be T-MOB010, also, make sure your APN is correct for T-Mo as well.
Can anyone see any issues with flashing an ATT kitkat variant atop a Rogers device?
Thanks in advance!
Yes I can see an issue: You're having a rogers device. Never flash anything on your phone that isnt specifically made for it.
You can usually flash a custom rom no matter which carrier you have. But never use roms that are made for different devices/carriers.

I am using T-Mobile kitkat on my Rogers motox with unlocked bootloader. I don't have any issue so far, but keep in mind, you must understand the risk of flashing other carrier rom

Unlock the boot loader and flash the AT&T 4.4 rom, it will work just fine. It is possible you could lose band 7(2600mhz) LTE as it may not be enabled in the AT&T firmware. You can easily go back to Rogers firmware if you decide it isn't for you.
I'm using the AT&T 4.4 on a Rogers Moto X, using it with Koodo, works great!
Thanks a lot guys! I'll give it a shot.
at&t kitkat 4 on rogers works!

Same here flash the 4.4 kitkat on my rogers version of moto x using koodo and rogers sim card. both works with no issue. Of course once the rogers version comes out I will flash back again.
Want to clear the air and my curiosity, has anyone with a Rogers 1058 with a unlocked bootloader, rsdlite to TMO kitkat?

Yes, it works just fine. I have it running on my spare Moto X.
No provider name in the upper left. If you flash the entire bundle it will most likely disable band 7 LTE, I have no way to verify that right now though. For some reason I find the AT&T 4.4 works better and gives better battery life. It could just be my imagination though, or it may be because the modem file matches the hardware perfectly.

OK so you rsdlite the tmo retail version? I would rather not use the AT&T leak. I did flash a tmo flashable ROM and did receive LTE

Yes, I've done the full flash using the retail file with rsdlite. You will get LTE with that firmware, but it may only work on the AWS band. You would need to do some testing to see if it used Band 7 LTE (2600 mhz). I don't have a Rogers account so I can't check. I know the original 4.4 leak from AT&T had 2600 mhz disabled, so I figure other versions may as well.

Unlock your bootloader and then follow the instructions here:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2446515
You can use the dev edition/retail/tmobile edition firmware or even the AT&T 4.4 firmware. I recommend the dev edition though, no branding or bloatware at all.
I am using the dev edition firmware on my Rogers XT1058, using it with Koodo.

No specific instructions but you must have a unlocked boot loader. Here's a good thread in how to use rsdlite http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2446515 . You can use either the at&t or T-Mobile sbf firmware, the at&t firmware has more bloat than the T-Mobile version

Has anyone confirmed that flashing a Rogers phone with XT1060 (retail/dev/tmo) doesn't screw up the radio?

Thanks for everyones help thus far. I was able to flash the Dev edition without issue.
However now I'm getting a force close on my security settings. Any thoughts?
