you can try fastboot erase userdata
or fastboot -w
after that use adb push to get a ROM onto your sd card
or use adb sideload to push a rom and install.

[Solved]Don't know how to get away from my current phone status

I had forgot what I've done and led into current situation
Below is my situation:
All of my current sdcard important stuff are in /sdcard/
I've flashed PAC rom(http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2208249), with the recovery mode come with it, it's likely mounting /sdcard/0 as /sdcard, so all my stuff are hidden and I can't export them
If I flash CWM recovery(http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2167381) on top of it, my files are back, I can see them in recovery mode but I can't boot into the system, bootloop and blankscreen keep appearing no matter factory reset or not, it's not booting the rom. And I can't mount sdcard to read from my computer.
In conclusion, I've tried different version of recovery mode in XDA, including that dual recovery, all of them ran into 2 ways
1. My files are shown in recovery mode, I can't extract them in recovery mode, rom isn't going to be boot
2. Rom is booting as normal, all files are disappeared
Hope anyone could understand my bad English and give me solution, sorry if I'm impolite
What should I do to get back my files in sdcard?
Got it solved, flash back to stock .307 and backing up now

Internal storage issue

I flashed ARHD latest Rom and have twrp 2.8.3.0 installed. After i flashed it i went to recovery , i wiped Internal storage.
booted up Rom but it shows System UI not responding dialog box.
On checking through File manager it shows no folders or files.
When i connect my device to PC , it shows HTC ONE in My Computer but on opening it there is nothing.Shows error when i try to copy any file.
What went wrong ? What should i do to fix the internal storage?
Doing factory reset from Settings does not fix it
EDIT : on searching , i think formatting internal storage through recovery unmounted my internal storage.
Is there way to fix this?
I reflashed ARHD through usb otg but it didn't solve the problem

1- you should update your TWRP to 2.8.5.0+
2- connect PC while ROM is booted, and do the following from PC:
Code:
adb shell
su
restorecon -FR /data/media
exit
exit
reboot

Flashing Stock recovery fixed the issues

Can't boot after flashing ROM (Failed to mount /data) help pls

Hi, so i was trying to install:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/p9/development/rom-ncs-rom-v1-1-08-16-2016-t3440269
I have unlocked bootloader and i have latest TWRP, i have no idea what went wrong but everytime i try to boot now it says encryption was interrupted and can't continue, and everytime i try to flash image or wipe everything it keeps saying unable to mount /data and /storage. I really have no idea what to do, any help would be appreciated, please.
Did you try to go in the recovery and mount the system from there? Or just format the phone and install the rom through sd card
well i tried flash again the ROM and it worked now, but i had to install TWRP revision 3 guess it fixes some encryption stuff?
