[Q] ICS Gallery to replace the ancient Gallery3D.apk in Samsung ICS ROM?

I know you can download "Gallery ICS" from Play store, but it doesn't sync with Picasa. I was able to replace Gallery3D.apk with the new ICS Gallery apk file and it worked beautifully in LPY ROM. This trick no long works in LPF ROM....any ideas how I can replace the stock 3D gallery with ICS Gallery and have Picasa sync working?

hi again everyone
i still using a stock rom ...just wondering what was the best gallery that can be installed via app or flashed on this phone
i really dont like the stock gallery... i really like the galley on the galaxySII stock (the preview at the bottom so cool)
i think there is a link to the sony xperia gallery and the stock JB galley but i cant find it

use the es file explorer picture viewer for pictures try it out

i use it some times , but how would i set it as the stock gallery ?

i tried quikpic , didnt like it much .. its fast and pruddy but .. not what i want
tried F-Stop gallery
.. using it for now

my S3 mini is the L version,
with 4.1.1 the gallery / cam works well, but with 4.1.2 i have a problem:
1. when open camera app
2. and take a pic
3. i can see the pic but "gallery / server problem" (crash) and no pic is saved.
the same issue with CM10.1, enoX, Benz, AND Dmodv6 (MIUI gallery, Note II Gallery and AOSP gallery),
BUT........... works OK with DmodV6 Stock gallery.
is there any fix that i can apply?
i have done several tests with other cam apps and wipe format alllll system and internal card inclussive, but nothing help me.

[Q] Gallery Apk Request?

I stuck with 5.0.2 stock, just rooted, but turns out my old gallery app doesn't give me an option to draw on my photos. I heard this is fixed in a later software update. Can anyone give me the updated apk so that I can patch the gallery app without unrooting, updating and rereooting?

I recently upgraded my phone to the RR os on oreo 8.1 and i want to go back to the stock gallery app, but i can't find it ?
Do you know how i can either install it if it's still on the phone, or where i can find it ?

I'm not sure if what i will tell you actually works, because i haven't tried it, but if you look at apkmirror there are lots of apks like the stock camera app the stock gallery app and the stock settings app.
