Installation Instructions:
1. Download rom, patch and gapps from Downloads and put in SD card
2. Flash Xperia Arc S 4.1.B.1.13 Vodafone DE firmware via flashtool (For increasing system and data memory for Arc user and latest BB) Must
3. Flash included FXP kernel or any CM10 based kernel using fastboot
4. Boot into CWM
5. Wipe factory reset (Data & Cache)
6. Go mounts and storage
7. Format /system
8. Flash rom then patch and at last gapps
9. Reboot
10. After booting 1 time you can flash addons if you want

with Cm10 we shouldnt hope for HDMI.

Amazing Rom with all the latest!
Very smooth and everything is working! (except for some issues with JB camera, HDMI, but that's not the roms fault).
Lots of free ram and little things like phone and sms load up instantly everytime after the initial first load. Games are very smooth.
It's because of roms like these that make my Arc S worth keeping! Never switching back to ICS again.
Thanks rikadrahman very much for your time and effort in making this rom!
P.S Not to sound ungrateful, but is there a way to fully remove the walkman? I mean including libs and everything. I don't use my phone for music much and move a lot of apps to the system partition and the walkman takes up quite a lot of space. Every mb counts for the Arc.

Sorry, Sony didnt release the source for camera and hdmi thats why we can't use cybershot and hdmi:good:

Vodafone DE firmware is only for increase the memories and latest baseband. You do not have to even boot into it. Just flash it and then flash kernel then wipe all and then flash ROM and gapps, done.
Free ram is 200mb+ without gapps.
Stock Sony camera is not possible at this moment. Stock cm camera is present.

This APP will enable Mass Storage functionality for Internal & External SDCARD!
Make sure that any apps on SD CARD are NOT running in background.
It is a paid app (just 2$)... if you want a free version there would be an old device specific version posted on the forums...

Well the app will mount the partition but. Under Windows u can't natively read EXT4 file system.... I would suggest using ext2fsd or diskinternals Linux reader program for Windows to read ext file systems...

I bought your app from Google Play and it doent's worked for me.
Im using Xperia Zl and Odin's Cyanogenmod 10.1
I got Busybox installed but i can't enable usb debugging on Cyanogenmod.

Is there a way to get this app to connect my ZL with my ps3? I used to connect my old Xperia S like that and it worked like a charm. For some reason I can't get my ZL to connect.

That's what doom has mentioned! The Z series of devices have EXT filesystem which can ONLY be mounted on linux based PC's!!

ok, i bought this for two reasons: liked the idea and want to support your efforts for rooting the Xperia Z
Installed without problems, but now i can't get the internal storage to show on my computer (yes, i know about the ext4 thing ) running Win 8.1 german and i can't switch back to MTP mode (does continue to mount the external sd in mass storage mode).
After uninstall my xperia keeps in mass storage mode and does not revert to MTP.
Xperia Z, stock firmware 10.3.1.A.2.67 (german telekom branding), rooted with your approach via Flashtool, old kernel and your exploit.
If i can do anything else to give you more info, pleas ask!

I got a Z1 & use Linux Mint 16, I can't mount Internal storage only external..
On my former Xperia T it was possible..
If I use Media transfer, I see Internal & my Sd card.

in case of Z1 it will mount entire /data partition

Just installed on my Z, Cyanogen 10.2.1, rooted. Enabled mass storage mode in the app, and connected to my Mac - but no dice. Does not work for me.
So annoying to have to spend money on a third party app just to see the contents of my phone's SD card. Especially an app that doesn't work.
Its these types of things that make med wanna go iOS again. Total BS to have to deal with this.

It can be mounted on windows only with ext2fsd. In Windows 7 64 bit it works well. You can't mount without external program because ext4 filesystem is nt recognized and not compatible with windows.

As you know,Some Sony devices dont have 4.4.4 official firmware of Sony.I have worked on this project since 5 month.I tought how can we use like offcial sony firmware to cm11.Ambor has helped me.He has ported Z2 framework,z2 style theme engine,themes.I am using his awesome works in my rom.Finally we succeed to port it to cm11.You will really feel Xperia Z2 with this Rom.Dont forget that.When you use xperia Lockscreen with Z2 effect,you musst enable Xperia Live Wallpaper.It is too laggy,when you use Xperia live wallpaper.I recommend to use non Xperia Live Wallpaper.

no, this rom is cm based.

Does it work on TX model?

very good rom
i prefer cm11 quick setting
every time i reboot it's keep telling me to choose the language
still have Battery Drain after install the Fly-On script

no buttons at the bottem of the screen
if i have 1 button (theback button) it does not work.
keep asking mee after a reboot wich language i want.
deleted it and installed Ultimate PureXT again !!

ROM is looking good, but I found some bugs:
- camera in auto mode FC after~10s
- can't save photo/video on external SD
- download music info FC
- after every boot popup calendar FC (and randomly when using phone)
maybe more, only half an hour I use it
but good job, timeshift burst work @xperiaz2 You have successfully port dialer and phonebook, can you also port Xperia Conversations?

yes i will add Sony FM in next update

If you try to import contacts from storage you get FC.
However, you may just use file explorer and import them yourself.
Also, I believe Multi-aftofocus is not working correctly( or visualisation is incorrect)- always only the upper one focus seem to work.
