Even though I have no new messages I still get a notification. I have no other 3rd party SMS apps. I am running Rocket ROM Reloaded v1. Even though this is not a major problem, it is quite irritating. I have tried clearing the data of the sms app & also removed the app and installed it but there is no change. Any help would be appreciated.

Fixed it,
I didn't have the mms.ODEX after flashing a rom.
Pretty strange I must admit, but everything is now working great!
Edit: Spoke too soon, now my MMS is gone...
lol ****ing piece of ****..
Just going to reflash the rom
Also it looks like my default SMS app is always force closing,
Everything else looks fine.
I will try a sd formate and data wipe.
Will report back
Edit:
It looks like that has not solved anything.
My guess would be the messaging app is f-ed.
Does anyone have the mms apk?
Please drop a link
Probably the cleanest solution HERE

Sabsa v6.5 Dialer power consumption issue

I've been experiencing issue with the Dialer power consumption. After one night, the Dialer took 41% of my battery and always kept the phone awake. The battery constantly dropped very badly.
Below is the screenshot. Anyone had experience the same issue ?? Please help !!

Never faced that, but you can try: backup your apps via titanium, boot into recovery and make a factory reset or better would be a clean install.

Thanks for the concern. This problem just arose when I performed a full wipe of my current system and a install the sabsa rom freshly.
Currently my fix is to freeze the Dialer app with Titanium Backup and user alternative dialer while waiting for new version of the roms.

Google + stopped working???

I have no idea why but just within the last hour my Google + app keeps force closing the second I launch it! I tried clearing app data, even uninstalled and reinstalled all the updates and the app still doesn't work...anyone else having this issue?

Edit: So I tried running the app after uninstalling all the updates and it works fine. I have been running the up to date app for awhile now so I don't get it-after updating it from google play-it force closes again...very strange

Crappy update.
i updated g+ today, and everything is working just like it should. you can try this.. uninstall it, completely(delete it from /system/as well), then reboot, then reinstall it.

Not normal..but did you add any new app or google account? Was this phone factory reset recently? Several reasons could be there...

Try clearing the data and cache of play services.
I did cache clear but still running
Maybe you could try installing the beta version of the app.
İ can't install beta updates because of my country doesn't supporting
