Please use SEARCH.
The answer has been given many times.
EDIT
It is not too far away, you may even be able to find it without using the search function....here is a clue.

Hi,
I just bought my Z1 today and is ready to root it. This is my first Sony device so Im still getting used to it.
Ive read some guide on unlocking the bootloader. However Im a bit confused as to the the status "Bootloader Unlock Allowed?: Yes"
Does this mean;
1. The device can be unlocked.
2. Or the device is already unlocked.
Please clarify, thank you.

Bootloader Unlock Allowed: Yes <==> You are allowed to unlock your bootloader. Or: your bootloader is unlockable, but it isn't unlocked right now.

Thanks for the clarification.
That means that YOU CAN unlock your bootloader. After you unlock it it will say bootloader status: rooted.

Hi, I have no way to unlock the bootloader. I have a code provided by Sony, after facilitating the IMEI. I can communicate with the device by the Bootloader mode, as it responds to my call giving his ID, but I put the code, it tells me that is not recognized, or you can not run this. I hope someone can help me quer. Thank you very much.
Dial
*#*#7378423#*#*
Goto service test and configuration
Read the bottom line.
if it says
bootloader unlock allowed: NO. then guess what, you cannot unlock the bootloader.
If it says something else, please post it here together with exactly what the command windows says
Hi. We already do, but do not understand the last thing you said.
Thank you.
He means. Go dial that number. Go service test. Configuration. Read Bootloader unlock yes or no. If say different post on forum post

Since it says "bootloader unlock allowed: no" so I suggest to stay away from messing up your bootloader.

sacrificing it won't give you anything but damaging it. Please refrain from tempering with your bootloader.

First: Read the forum rules:
It cleary says: DO NOT POST QUESTIONS IN THE GENERAL SECTION
second: read the forum rules:
It says: USE THE SEARCH FUNCTION
your question has been asked and answered a thousand times.
But, as you're a newbie:
You can't do anything about it. Next time you buy an Xpera make sure it has no simlock. Then you'll be able to unlock the bootloader
