I was on CleanROM 1.5 for AT&T, but decided to switch to ARHD for continued updates. Flashed the ROM and the problem began. I've since tried to go back to cleanrob via pushing the rom with adb, no go. I've wiped the phone countless times. I've erased the fastboot cache. I've switched TWRP/CWM neither changed anything. Fixed permission, flashed the boot images associated with each rom. Let it hang on the HTC screen for 30 minutes. I've exhausted the extent of google. Can anyone help?

All steps complete, stuck on HTC logo screen. =( I didn't get any errors during any of the steps it went smoothly. Just doesn't work..... am I the only person with an unruly HTC One?
Hi
Greetings,
Hi the HTC logo means
1.White screen with green HTC logo and quietly brilliant.
2. Or the screen when beats audio comes and ONE is written that screen
If its 2nd screen that means it is Rom problem
If it doesnot pass the HTC logo I thing its kernel issue ( at least I have been using this in my sensation)
Have you flashed the kernel
Your option is to try stock Rom search it in development sector
Can u access the sdcard memory when you connect .possibility is rare as the phone has not booted

No error booting into recovery, I'm using the newest version of CWM (non touch). Sometimes in recovery the cache doesn't mount properly, restarting seems to fix this.
ok, we will start fresh just to make sure that everything is allright... re-install the CWM recovery by typing
Code:
fastboot erase recovery
fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
fastboot erase cache
and then reboot into recovery

No it flashed fine. I'm sitting in recovery now.
ok, if it gives no error then proceed with the installation of the rom
first flash its boot.img and then flash the rom in recovery...do not install any mod or anything that could compromise the correct installation

Rebooted into bootloader. Flashed boot.img, rebooted
Now sitting on the "HTC Quietly brilliant" screen. Not moving.
While on that screen it still shows up under ADB devices. Should I try relocking/unlocking the bootloader?

hello,
I have a problem guys i was flashing a rom (rom holics) happens to finishing flash, and in the process of restarting the device, I think for hurry I gave ah update.zip and rebooting, the screen stays there with the htc logo in black and restarts and the cycle repeats, could enter the bootloader, but now when I go into recovery at the beginning and who wants to enter (see the logo and lettering recovery) but then again with the white screen logo vibrates and reboots, I can do? by fastboot usb I can do something?
re-flash the recovery?
I ask for your support please
In fastboot, flash the recovery again I recommend wxcrecovery and then flash the ROM again. If you are s-on then you have to fastboot flash the kernel.

Recovery was written fine. Now you need to reboot to recovery. Instead of
fastboot reboot
do
fastboot reboot recovery
Or just select bootloader on the phone, then select recovery
Now you're in recovery, flash the ROM of your choice. If you're s-on, you'll then need to reboot to fastboot and fastboot flash the boot.img included with the rom

If all else fails flash stock recovery, re-lock bootloader, run an RUU ( or flash a PH39IMG.ZIP file ), unlock the bootloader, re-root, flash a custom recovery and restore your phone from a nandroid backup or titanium backup. and all should be well.

You are my hero...
Fixed problem through erase cache over "all in one v.1.2 tool"
I installed revolution HD 10.3 today. And after installing some applications I did a reboot and now it's stuck in a boot loop.
I have tried to go into CWM recovery, but it only starts to load and reboots directly (Shows the background and version number of CWM). Have tried to flash the CWM recovery again in fastboot but the same result.
Even tried to flash the TWRP recovery, but the same result there. It shows the TWRP logo for 1 sec then it gets rebooted.
Someone have any idees on what I could try to fix this?
In fastboot mode, do these commands:
fastboot erase cache
fastboot flash recovery recovery.img (*recovery.img* according to the name of the recovery you want to flash)
fastboot erase cache
That should work

Hi folks,
I have a problem. I tried to flash SinlessRom GE Kitkat 5.1. It flashed allright, but then I got in a boot loop. It boots, but when the set up starts, and I see the screen where to choose the language, then device boots again (and it becomes a bootloop).
I interrupted the boot loop using Vol-down and power, but my recovery wasn't working. When I chose recovery, it didn't entered recovery but booted again.
Then I tried to flash a new recovery, but now I doesn't enter a new bootloop, but get's stuck at the white HTC Screen with in pink "entering recovery..."
I tried to erase cache in fastboot modus, but it didn't help.
Do you guys can help me? Any suggestions?

try erasing the userdata using fastboot. I has a similar problem earlier this week and I remember using that command. Sometime when I enter recovery it just goes to normal boot (randomly), not sure if thats your problem but try entering recovery multiple times. If not...
fastboot erase userdata
fastboot erase cache
fastboot flash recovery recovery.img

1- are you s-on or s-off, 4.4 is not compatible (at least for now) with S-On devices!
2- you need to "fastboot erase cache" after flashing recovery; personally i do it before and after, but the important part is after
3- why are you recommending "fastboot erase userdata", just wondering.

+1, s-off is required. I only recommend erasing userdata because I had a very similar issue, erasing userdata and a fresh recovery seemed to do the trick after no luck with simply flashing a new recovery and wiping cache Just going off past experience.

flash twrp recovery (first I tried cwm)

Then I managed to enter twrp recovery and flash a new rom.
Don't know why, but I'm happy again

Download the multirom recovery and the clean TWRP and place in your adb/fastboot folder.
Open a command window in your adb/fastboot folder
Boot into bootloader/FASTBOOT USB
Type the following commands:
Code:
fastboot flash recovery openrecovery-twrp-2.8.0.2-m7.img
fastboot erase cache
fastboot reboot-bootloader
Then type:
Code:
fastboot flash recovery TWRP_multirom_m7_20140926.img

When you flashed the stock firmware (unmodified) did you boot into recovery and do a factory reset?
After factory reset did you reboot into recovery after it so that the wipe will take?
If flashing a pure stock firmware didn't work then you next option would be to try the RUU for your phone.
