[Q] [REQ] Porting Cyanogenmod Camera to MIUI Rom

Hello,
I love the MIUI Rom but also the CyanogenMod. One thing that is missing from the MIUI Rom is a better program for the camera. The camera of CyanogenMod rom is excellent.
My question is:
Is it possible to adapt the camera from CyanogenMod Rom to MIUI rom to take advantage of new options ?
I know that kernel's cyanogenmod works on MIUI ROM. I have tried to replace the camera apk with those libraries libcamera.so, libcamera_client.so, libcameraservices.so, liboemcamera.so but it doesn't work, appears a FC.
Do anyone know how adapt the Camera?

[Q] Problem with S3 LTE

I have a big problem with my S3 LTE (GT-I9305) and the JB4.3 rXTREME ROM + Beoffla or another kernel..
The Device keeps hanging sometimes and when I flashed this ROM, i have a camera issue (the camera hanging)
Anyone have idea?

Look in i9305 boeffla kernel thread. There is a special way to flash the kernel so that camera doesn't hang...
Look for the 1st beta of 4.3 kernel... details are in the post.
Overall, if you have the KNOX bootloader, you will have small issues with any custom ROM and / or kernel...

and i Know Maclaw has found a way in CM 11 , But i Want it in Stock

[Q] How to get back OTG working?

Hi,
I have xperia SP C5303 with CM 11 4.4.2 installed which is the smoothest ROM I tried so far. I'm really happy with this ROM except the fact that OTG can't work without an OTG USB cable with external power.
My question is, how can I restore OTG full capability? I know that all Custom ROMs are based on Cyanogen and therefore will have OTG not fully working. Would a stock based ROM have a fully working OTG? or do I have to restore original stock rom?
any suggested good ROMs that have full OTG capability and as close as possible to CM11 4.4.2??

Hi all,
Just wondering if there is a working APK or flashable file for CM and AOSP ROMs that would provide the ROM with the MIUI camera interface?

Same question here ; The camera app on CM13 seems less performant than stock one (above all in low light condition) ; is it possible too install the stock apk on CM13 ? Thxs.

It's not possibile to use MIUI 8 camera app on custom ROMs.
