Anyone got PDroid or its equivalents running on stock or near stock Xperia Z firmware? I believe it needs to be a deodexed system.

thanks man, but this one FC everything, the exchange, the launcher, the keyboard, it destroys the whole rom man without adding any single new app.
guys am looking for something that "actually works" on 4.2.2 (.244) stock rooted rom
Heee, does anybody know if IT is possible to make an experia style Android 4.4 for the xperia SP? I thought about flashing CM11 but I would love to keep the original camer app in 4.3 and walkman, album etc.
Or can I Just copy the .Apk's in that case?

Cm11 and stock xperia roms have different framework if you copy the.apks it won't work! its possible if Sony releases official 4.4 for us. Cm11 is aosp based rom it's not possible.

I rooted my Xperia Z running on 4.4.4, Build number 10.5.1.A.0.283 using the kernel method
I later tried finding a way to install a custom recovery for the same build number. But I was unsuccessful.
I tried flashing a recovery but that was built for the .230 firmware so it changed my kernel.
I WANT A CUSTOM RECOVERY THAT MY XPERIA Z C6602 4.4.4 SUPPORTS????
Hi,
Thanks for using XDA Assist Please Standby when we move your post here Sony Xperia Z Help and Troubleshooting
Good Luck!
You can use XZDualRecovery which is independent of the kernel.

Hi,
after upgrading to 5.0.2 it looks like my Xperia Z has lost support for OTG and I need it desperately. Has anyone observed the same issue?
Regardless of that, is there a possibility to downgrade back to 4.4?
