I Have a Serious problem with latest PA
I have installed it, then i flashed devil kernel 1.52 and if i restart my phone, or turn it off then on, it just enters recovery (same with devil 1.41)
How can i fix this?

Ok so i am running initial contact rom and it was working great for a while but now i have constant freezes and hiccups and reboots... I just want a rom that freakin' works..... Can someone please link me or point me towards a rom that can be flashed through cwm on my SPRINT gtab 7.....i use it for wifi so 3g capabilities is of no use to me... Thank you to anyone that can solve my issue..

I flashed this tab gt-p1000t with odin3 v1.70 using the files from overcome, the flashing was successful and the tab start up well cus I heard the samsung start up tone but there was no display on the screen and the flash light keep shinning. I downloaded the original firmware and flashed the tab with but the problem still persist.
Please I need help.

It came with password so couldn't check the model in the menu but it is written behind GT-P1000T
Most strange. A T version is just a P1000 with Telstra modem.
What you described is like flashing a L/N ROM into a P1000 or vice versa.
Can you still boot to download mode?
And was it in working condition before you flash overcome?
How well do you know your tab? Maybe only the chassis is Telstra.

:crying:I had a similar problem. my tab is p1000n i followed that overcome tutorial but just made my tab go black screen with no response on capacitive touch buttons. i havent found a solution to this.ODIN still recognizes the device, problem is how to get the tab to download mode, with a black screen? please guys help us :crying:
I am using Samsung Galaxy Ace S5830i running on Jelly Bean Jelly Blast V3,rooted.I recently carelessly used link2sd to uninstall my android system file.Now when i try to on it by holding the on button.It just shows Samsung Galaxy Ace then the model number.Pls help me unlock the phone.My phone have factory mode setting.Will thank if helped

U mean from com not on phone as my phone cannot even enter download mode(recovery mode is an known bug to Ace)
I really need more detailed help pls as i am going to sent my phone to the handphone shop for repair which $30,so i really wish to do it myself!!!Will check for help tomorrow!!

First u need a stock kernel supported rom as base(gdx or else)..then, there a lot guide on how to port rom.Just search , u will find it.

yes, use a stock kernel gingerdx for the port. But when installing the rom not work :silly:
I already carry x8 custom roms the kernel but I have this problem with the stock kernel :fingers-crossed:
If you have unlocked bootloader, you need a stock kernel with modified ramdisk (what start adb at boot time), and check the logcat while the phone boot. Tip: use qtadb, with this app you get a real-time logcat window, and you can check what happen when the boot process stopping. (a typical error is an incompatible/missing binary or lib file)
